What a joy it was working with them to make the perfect engagement ring for my now spouse! As someone who knew absolutely nothing about rings, and therefore emailed like crazy I never once felt that I was being bothersome. Vicky took the time to explain everything to me, and in the end we ended up with a beautiful one of a kind hand carved ring that my partner loves. So, thank you so much for everything! Great experience on 1st visit. My wife had a couple watches that needed battery replacement. Walked in, a gentleman took the watches and in about 15 min they were done. Quick and efficient.

They provide honest and practical advice about your jewellery. I've given this store a fair bit of business. I've purchased several rings and had some repair work done. I typically have my watch batteries changed at this store when necessary. The last time I went in for a battery change I was charged for a battery when it turned out my watch was no longer working. They wanted to charge me $100 to repair the watch but I declined. I paid for the new battery before being told that the watch no longer worked. This good customer will go elsewhere for watch batteries and jewellery.
