I was there today and I didn't appreciate how the workers treated us me and my boyfriend she didn't even put an put effort to help us or to say hi at least and she looked at us from up to toes we walked away by the way, and I didn't want to shop there anymore u guys should hire a better people know how to do customer service and don't judge people from how they look!!

Not a high end experience. No box, no tissue, no wrapping, no returns. Costco has better service, honestly. I bought a bag for my sister, and was shocked by their exchange-only policy. That the bag was (wrapped in its shipping plastic) and dumped into a Marc Jacobs bag was no better than a fast-fashion store. Tissue and ribbon is a minimum, especially for a gift.The most attention I got from the salesperson was when I was being asked to sign a receipt they keep, which outlines their “No returns” policy. I made the decision to buy the bag anyway, but I now regret it based entirely on the experience.I suggest skipping the store and buying online. Or even better, skip the brand and pay the same price for a leather-maker with a more more customer-focused philosophy.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Purchased a top and earrings from the Marc jacobs website. They delivered my top and NOT the earrings . $100 down the drain and I CONTINUOUSLY emailed for weeks asking for the ITEMS I PAID for . To be shipped out to me. After 2 months - Instead they refunded a card that I cancelled that I have NO access to anymore . After explaining to them many times I would just like what I PAID for to be shipped out. No response, no help, no responsibility or action to make it up to their costumers or make it better. All they had to do was ship the other half of the package and not only did they NOT do that - they sent money back that I never received .

Came in to purchase the tote bag and the associate confirmed the size we wanted. My sister double checked again at check out that we were getting the correct size as it seemed a little small and the associate reassured that it was indeed the right one. Come to find when we got home that they gave us the wrong size bag after being reassured twice that it was the right size. When asked if there was any discount we could get due to the major inconvenience of returning to the store to exchange the bag (after being reassured twice that we were getting the right one) but apparently they don’t offer that. They don’t honour returns as well. Overall negative experience.

Horrible experience with this company. Place an order in store almost over a month ago and up until now there is no tracking number, no delivery, nothing whatsoever. Both Marc Jacobs and the so called shipping company has no idea where my package is and cannot provide me a tracking number or any updates
