I walked in to my local MAC store tonight and I'm so thrilled (always with the product) but now with great service I received.
Though I've only been in a handful of times and am a really new MAC customer, l've never received such a prompt, willing , helpful greeting other than now.
As soon as I walked through the doors I explained im looking for two new products, Sharon helped me with care and support. She found me my new winter shades for foundation & concealer. She told me to sit! and proceeded to swatch my existing color matches with prospective ones.
I actually did not go into the store expecting any sort of customizable experience. I wasn't used to it. I can't take any credit for my great shade matches, she made the process effortless.
Additionally its made me more enthusiastic about my makeup and given me confidence in trust in the brand.
All I can say is thanks, Sharon. You're a star!

I recently had the most wonderful experience at the MAC store on Queen Street in Toronto, and I just had to share it! I arrived at the Toronto International Film Festival only to find that the airline had lost my luggage, leaving me without basic essentials. Feeling desperate, I rushed to the MAC store first thing in the morning to replace my makeup.
The salesperson who assisted me was nothing short of incredible. Not only was he a true professional, as you would expect from such a reputable brand, but his empathy, kindness, and sense of humor truly made all the difference. He helped me find everything I needed quickly and efficiently, but more importantly, he lifted my spirits when I needed it most.
He also took the time to inform me about MAC’s promotional programs, which I wasn’t aware of, and ensured I received some lovely gifts with my purchase. I’m incredibly grateful for his support and can’t recommend this store enough. Thank you for turning a tough situation into a positive experience!

I called the store and was answered by the third ring. No recorded message or instructions to press a million options. Just a professional ready to help. HEAVEN! Chris (?) gave me excellent advice and I was able to make my on-line purchase of a lip stain and mascara with ease. They were obviously skilled, knowledgeable and pleased to be able to help. I'd like to update my look and think I'll book in for a makeover here.

I went into MAC today as I needed a new powder and my experience was absolutely amazing! Mat made me feel welcomed and beautiful as he tested the powder and then completed the look with blush and lipstick. I left feeling confident and like I can conquer the world. Thank you Mat for your excellent service.

Honestly, mac cosmetics is not how it used to be anymore. I purchased the brush during the time when it was 15% off and when I came to return it because I didn't like the quality - the only option for me was to exchange it to something else (basically they don't want to return your money). Also, I got a lipstick for "free" for a purchase over 100$ and when I opened it at home, the smell from it was horrible (probably they gave away some old smelly lipsticks as gifts). And when I asked to exchange, they just threw it away, exchange wasn't an option lol. My honest advice, the brushes are not that great, any drug store brush could be 10x better and cheaper than those in the mac store and you could find good quality products from Shoppers.

Don’t bother if you’re older. Employee told me they had no product for circles under eyes that wouldn’t show lines. Went to Shoppers and choose from Lancome, Dior and more with no ageist judgment or attitude.
