I can’t say enough amazing things about Lynett . Peter was beyond helpful and amazing. He took the time to answer any and all questions we had. He even came in on his days off for us . If I could rate them a 100 I would especially as we were mourning the loss of our father. Huge thank you to peter and the rest of the staff.

It’s been zero fun having to make funeral arrangements for my younger brother, but Susie and staff at Lynett have been amazing. Seating down with Susie to make the arrangements was smooth, extremely helpful, she’s full of knowledge and experience, super friendly, has answered every email quickly, her customer service and communication skills are an 11 out 10.
Highly, highly recommend!

The staff at Lynett Funeral Home was amazing. Special thanks to Peter who was attentive, organized, and extremely sensitive to our needs. He made an emotional situation less stressful and was respectful throughout the entire service. Our family is very grateful for all the work, attention to detail, and compassion showed by the staff. Almost six weeks ago, my beloved father passed suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving a gaping wound. Yet from the moment we contacted Lynett, we knew we were in good hands. On behalf of my family - thank you and all the staff at Lynett.
This was the single most difficult time in our lives, and the level of care and attention we received put us at ease and was nothing short of extraordinary. Our hearts were and still are hurting, but we found such comfort in the way everything unfolded. At no point did we feel any pressure in our decision making. Funeral Director Peter Meszen gave us total assurance and confidence that he would take care of everything, and so he did--with precision, sensitivity, and warmth, from our first appointment to the visitation to the funeral, interment, and reception.
I truly cannot thank you enough for honouring my dad, who was so proud to serve Lynett as an organist for over six decades. Although deeply sorrowful at the passing of my dad, I left the reception feeling as though the staff had become part of our family.

My father suddenly passed away on June 3rd, of 2024. My family and I wanted to find a funeral home that could accommodate our plans. Peter and the other staff went above and beyond. Peter guided me in terms of steps that needed to be taken to ensure that my father's service ran smoothly. The feedback that I received from my family members and guests at the funeral were all positive. Lynett wasn't pushy and were there every step of the way until the end of the service. I will always be grateful to Lynett Funeral Home. Highly recommend. I can't say enough about how amazing the staff truly are. They're kind, compassionate, and helpful. Thank you again for everything you did for myself, my family, and especially my father.

The staff at the funeral home were absolutely wonderful and ensured that anything that was needed was provided. The service for my mother was lovely and I am very grateful that she chose to have her service at Lynett Funeral Home. I don't imagine anyone being able to find a better place to say their final good-byes to a loved one.

My father passed away suddenly. He was the principal organist used by Lynett Funeral Homes (Toronto) for the past 60 years. When I made the telephone call to Lynett, Peter Meszen took charge and guided me through the process. "You don't need to worry about anything" were perhaps the most comforting words that I ever heard in my life. Professionalism, empathy, kindness and quiet leadership are qualities that Peter and his staff exemplified. Thank you for easing the pain as me and family navigated through this most difficult time.

We had never had to deal with this firsthand until recently when our beloved mother passed away. The grief from this huge loss in our family is overwhelming and too painful to put into words, so of course we were not looking forward to the difficult tasks ahead of dealing with mum's final arrangements.
Mum had pre-arranged everything years earlier because she didn’t want us to have to figure things out for her while dealing with her loss. I will say that having the arrangements all pre-planned was a blessing.
Each person we encountered along the way at Lynett Funeral Home had a very special way of making us feel supported and cared for and they took the utmost care in making sure that mum’s wishes were honoured. They took the time to go through the steps with us in the most compassionate manner. Everyone was very professional and more importantly very personable and kind to us, making us feel comfortable and at ease.
We really felt that they embraced us as if we were one of their own, offering comfort and reassurance when needed.
We want to thank each person who helped us through this very sad and difficult process with our beloved mum. From the team who came to our home to transport mum to Lynett, to the folks we sat down with to go over mum’s wishes and those we spoke to on the phone. Everyone at Lynett Funeral Home THANK YOU for your compassion and kindness, we will forever be grateful for each of you.

Lynette Funeral on Dundas has amazing people. They were so accommodating. The arrangement they did for our mom was great. They took care of my family 100%. They made everything easy for my brother and I. I definitely recommend speaking to anyone there if you ever need to use their services.
