Lowe's Home Improvement has transitioned to become a Rona+ store, offering customers a wide variety of products, including paint, patio furniture, home décor, tools, flooring, and appliances. The store is well-stocked for most DIY projects, though some specialty items may require online ordering. The staff is described as hardworking and courteous, with the store manager going above and beyond to assist customers. Despite the name change, the store remains largely the same. The store has easily accessible associates at all times, and customers have praised the fantastic customer service. Adel in the Flooring department was particularly helpful with carpeting needs, and the entire team of staff in other departments were also very supportive, making customers feel at home. However, some customers have experienced issues with the lack of proper wrapping for delicate products, leading to damaged items during transport.
This rona has knowledgable staff( specially lumber) and some times sale items are very good deals.

Just want to commend Michael who was super helpful! He went out of his way to help us find the vacuum we wanted. At first, he thought it wasn’t available, but he kept looking and came running to tell us he found it. Great customer service!
