Bought a beautiful piece from this store that was unfortunately defective (manufacturer issue). The manager, Yvonne, was incredibly responsive and kindly rectified the issue.

I presented my budget on two occasions before arriving for my appointment. The haven only had damaged sample gowns to offer, and the consultant left me on my own for much of the appointment. It was a pretty crushing experience overall.

I visited Loversland twice in my wedding dress journey. Once at the beginning of my search, and the second time in a panic (weeks out from my wedding) after my dress had been rendered unwearable after alterations. Both times my consultants were so amazing and caring. The second time really stood out to me though because my consultant worked soooooo hard to find me something that would work for me with the short time frame and smaller budget I had. And let me tell you, SHE DELIVERED. I tried on so many beautiful samples and in the end I picked a beautiful ready to wear dress that fit me perfectly! I received so many compliments on the dress and I felt so amazing in it. Everyone in the shop really rallied around me when picking my dress and they all gave such helpful advice about what undergarments to wear and how to use body tape to have everything fit perfectly - I honestly felt like I had such a community around me, which was so lovely. I would definitely recommend Loversland to future brides, especially those who maybe aren't as interested in the more traditional bridal look!

I love LoversLand! LoversLand was my 4th and final stop on a weekend of wedding dress shopping. It was definitely my best experience, partially because of their selection of unique and beautiful gowns + veils that other stores didn't have and fit my style better, but also because our stylist was amazing. They were very helpful when pulling dresses and making recommendations, and matched my pace and energy for the appointment. It's no surprise I ended up buying my dress along with all of my bridal accessories from LL and am so excited for my final wedding look! The rest of the store is also amazing xx

I had an incredible experience at Loversland. Madison was my stylist and she did an amazing job of listening and applying what I liked into the dresses she pulled. However, it was her keen eye that showed me a sample dress that ended up being my chosen wedding dress. I was so in love with it that I came back the next day and was helped by Tayler who was also so kind and caring. The shop itself is such a cute and boho vibe. The bridal area has a lot of space and selection! I would say the dresses are definitely more contemporary and unique but they were all beautiful. The ladies of Loversland were all so positive and fun and made my wedding dress shopping trip so enjoyable. I cannot thank them enough for being so patient with me.

My experience at Loversland was above and beyond what I expected from wedding dress shopping. I never felt rushed, and although I struggled to put my vision into words somehow Madison and Taylor always knew exactly what to pull for me. Thank you for being so kind and patient- purchasing my dress from LL was a special experience.

We came in to look at items in the store front without an appointment, Madison ended up pulling items for us to try and squeezing us in for a quick private appointment in between her bookings! She was so kind and helpful and really listened to what we were envisioning/provided great options and fashion advice! We would highly recommend!

My friend and I had an appointment this past weekend with Taylor at LoversLand and it was easily the best wedding dress appointment! Not only did Taylor take the time to review the selection of dresses available in store, but spoke to each designer and their price points. She also confirmed the list of dresses that were pre-picked and made amazing recommendations. Taylor also provided a level of dignity and respect with how she would support getting my friend in the dress, out of the dress and accessories that could accompany each option. Can't say enough good things about LoversLand! I went to the Haven for my second dress shopping appointment, and was really taken aback by the welcoming environment and amazing customer service provided by Madison. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured during my appointment or like I had to make a rush decision on a dress - it felt like I was shopping with a friend. My bridesmaids and I were commenting that we feel bad for brides who don't check out Loversland for a dress because the experience was really second to none. Thanks for helping make my bridal dreams come true, Madison!

I had a great experience at my fitting last week with Danielle. A range of traditional to funkier pieces ( more my style).Beautiful selection of gowns, the team was friendly and made sure my Mom & I had a great experience. Didn't say yes to the dress here but would recommend in regards of experience ad gown selection, a bit on the higher price end.
