Longo’s pistachio croissant is the best I’ve ever had! Great value too — if you get 6, it’s only $12. Their other bakery items are also good, like the cinnamon bun.

Unprofessional job interviewer. Had a job interview, but the person cut the phone right off after I answered a question. I thought the phone line may have been cut off, so i tried calling a few times back, but they just cut the phone when I called back. The interviewer should have told me that they are not interested in hiring me anymore or found another person instead of cutting the phone like an unprofessional. This is a business phone line, not personal

The lady at the self checkout station had the audacity to ask us if we paid for the bag. That, for one second, is 35 cents. Maybe you people have the nasty habit of shoplifting, but I don't. Some of us come from communities where morals and law obedience are a thing. Never coming back to a place that accused me of stealing a bag that cost 35 cents. For your information, it was scanned. I took it very personally, and I didn't like her nasty attitude

I was there around 1 pm today. Maria was my cashier today. What a super lazy person. She didn't say hi even though when I got to her register, I said, "hi, how are you?" She responded with "longos?" Which is her way asking if I had a longos card. So you don't say hi and you can't even bring yourself to ask the proper question of, "do you have a longos card?" Or even just "longos card?"
I was buying a 99cent bun and I didn't have change so I gave her a $50 bill. The til opens and I see her pull out a $20 bill and another $20 bill but this was was all folded/crumpled (twice folded), a $5 bill and two twoonies. All the while I'm thinking to myself, 'is she just gonna give me a bleeping folded up $20bill?' YUP! This lazy cashier who probably got a folded up $20 from another customer didn't even bother unfurling the bill before she put it in her til and then also didn't bother unfurling it for me. So, she gave me my crumpled up change and I unfolded it this way and that way and took my time to prove a point. They were not busy. This is beyond rude. I go to this store probably 3-5 times a week. If I see her again, I will avoid her line.
I must note that other employees are fabulous! Julian, Fanny, Kate - all great! Several others as well, I can't put names to faces right now.

I was doing grocery shopping for a customer using the Uber app and was having trouble finding some items. I asked a staff member for assistance, but he responded rudely and reluctantly helped me find one item before telling me I should find the rest myself. I couldn't understand his attitude; I was there as a customer, not an apprentice working for him. It felt like he had a grudge against people like me who earn a little money by shopping. He wouldn't have treated other customers who looked wealthier that way. It's disappointing to see a big brand like Longo's have such discriminatory staff. Although the other employees were kind and helpful, this one person is damaging the store's reputation.

My favourite grocery store for the in store baked Chocolate cookies, aptly named “The Epic Cookie”, baked warm, served warm. It is mouth watering delicious.

I frequent Corks, I have been going there since they opened in 2010.
For a very long time I have been served by a long time employee named Agoustine who provides great service. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and always has great recommendations, from types of pizzas to great drinks. He has been the reason that I continue to go back and always happy to see him there.

I usually go this store for meat . Last time I purchased strawberries and it was like this . I took time to buy it and return it . It happened again, last night I purchased fruit and needed to return due to fruit quality, it's wasted of my time and if I exchange it it's going to be similar quality. And customer care desk told me different policies this time.
