Worked out of this space twice before and I can safely say it can get the job done. They have many different types of rooms to suit your specific needs along with very helpful and vibrant staff!I however haven’t experienced an entire day of work so I can’t speak to the ambience at afternoons. ?Oh they also have cool art, free snacks and drinks! ???

I almost didn’t want to leave this review, because it is such a great workspace, I wanted to keep it quiet for my team, and I!! But I have to because they are just so wonderful at LOCO. Plenty of space, including private rooms for calls. They even have snacks available... It’s simply the best.

I booked a room once for which I paid upon leaving the coworking space. They have been sending me an invoice since then for the booking I've already paid for. I reached out multiple times to let them know that I already paid, but they've never answered to my emails. I keep receiving the invoice and the only thing left for me to make it stop is to leave this review.Lack of seriousness.

Host took payment for booking but provided instructions that were useless in accessing the space. The security pin goes to an unanswered phone line and an electronic check in system is located behind a locked door, making it moot.If you're going to accept bookings outside of standard working hours where no one is managing the space, then you need to have a system in place so clients can access it for the time they paid for.It's unfortunate because the layout of the space is good, being TTC accessible and suitable for small group meetings.

I had a free day pass to the space and really enjoyed my time there. The space is clean, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of different work stations with outlets. I would definitely come back here. :)

I've been to a lot of co-working spaces in Toronto, and this is the nicest I've been to. The staff is friendly, the internet is fast, and there are a lot of places to take calls.

Had a few meetings there with my clients from Downtown Toronto . A very convenience location with Green Parking is just east to the street, subway station is right down stairs. A very good alterative if you don't have an office at DT.

Very comfortable workplace with great ambiance and friendly community members, management is super responsive and willing to tailor based on customer’s needs. Most importantly, it’s dog friendly, there is also a small park nearby where I can take my dog to a quick relief!
