What a lucky day for me to meet Vicky at this location today! She is very kind in helping me find the item that I looked for and let me try the product with ease. Overall Vicky is professional in doing her job and is extremely patient with my questions. I didn’t buy a lot as I used to since I only want to checkout one item that had few questionable reviews online, but she made me feel so special and want to come back again soon! Thank you Vicky

Poor customer service experience on multiple visits. ????Not worth shopping in person. No buyer would want to waste a good day out of shopping in an unpleasant and toxic environment. Better skincare brands to explore at Eaton Toronto

Met the sweetest girl from here and completely forgot her name but she wears glasses and is such a cutie. She literally has amazing service both on and off the clock and these are the people we need jobs like this who care about people. I got lost going to Queen street and she helped me, something as simple as that and I’ll come shopping there just because of her helpful and generous attitude! Never change you are a star girl ⭐️

My sales associate was very professional and friendly. Forgot her name but she was Taiwanese. Customer service was great. Their skincare products are a bit pricey but worth every penny.

Went yesterday to buy lip balm...the sales girl told me they don't have that product and was obviously trying to get me to leave. Finally I said just please show me your lip care products...low and behold, the lip balm in a tube was right there. I was wearing Jean's and a tee shirt, guess you have to be dressed up to get treated properly.

I went to the Eaton Center location and presented them with a coupon for 15% off which I had obtained at that location as part of their birthday promotion. The coupon was issued directly by L'Occitane, had no expiry date and my purchase was for just over $100. I expected it to be honoured without issue.Instead, I was told that this promotion was no longer valid and after talking to the store clerk, the store manager and calling the customer service department while I was in the store, no one had the common sense to offer me a mere $15 discount.I left the store, without a word from the onlooking clerk and store manager, walked over to Sephora and made a purchase for a similar product without issue.I have been a customer and a vocal fan of their products since they opened their store at Yonge and Lawrence about 20 years ago. While I am not a large purchaser, I am a faithful one and one who would have continued to be a faithful customer for decades had this not happened.I consider the refusal to accept a coupon, with no expiry date, in the store I obtained it in less than a year ago, a lie and a breach of contract. The failure for the store clerk, the store manager and the customer service department to not realise this and offer me a tiny, little $15 discount to replace what was clearly a legitimate coupon to be total incompetence.I will never shop in L’Occitaine nor use their products again and advise people to avoid any company that won’t honour their own coupon. Avoid.

L’Occitane is going to go out of business soon. They sell their gift with purchases as full-priced items. Most products are made with cheap chemicals.Worst is the customer service in the Eaton Centre location. If you want *incredible* service look for Brittany she will be ready to serve you ? I don’t understand people who work in customer service but has ZERO customer service skills.

lavender creams and gels are OVERPRICED! you can get the same quality lavender products from Canadian lavender farms. I usually order online from Bleu Lavande. A lavender farm in Quebec and their products are 100% natural and pure. it's much cheaper. at least you support local businsess

staff was accommodating and didn’t give me weird vibe. she was pleasant into explaining most of the products i had questions on and was even happy to give samples. unfortunately i couldn’t buy anything big for my luggage and was only able to get smaller sizes. she even added more samples for the rest of my stay in toronto. thanks to her

I am so unbelievably disappointed in the service I received today at this location. The employee showed up over twenty minutes after the store was supposed to be open. Then, while I am waiting out front of it, she leaves to go and get breakfast from the food court. Once she finally returns and puts her food away, she opens the store. Nearly 40 minutes after it should have been open already. I will now walk a further distance to go to a different store.
