My sales associate was very professional and friendly. Forgot her name but she was Taiwanese. Customer service was great. Their skincare products are a bit pricey but worth every penny.

Lots of staff around talking to each other I got helped at the cash and got my questions answered once the lady realized I was a new customer interested in the products and buying a gift.
