WARNING! Rip-off! They will charge you more than the advertised price! I went in to buy some soap. The advertised price on shelf was $16. When it came time to pay, they charged me $17. When I pointed this out, instead of saying: "I'm sorry, sir, I'll charge you the advertised price." as they are legally obligated to do, the clerk said: "We just changed the price." Terrible business practices. NOT RECOMMENDED!

The manager at this store is extremely rude. If you try something once and don’t like it, they won’t let you return it for a refund. L'Occitane should make sure this store manager know how to treat customers better and follow the refund rules. We had a really terrible experience because of the manager, so we won't be going back to that store or buying from L'Occitane ever again.

L’Occitane products are unparalleled but what makes this brand stand out is excellent customer service. Arna was welcoming and knowledgeable about products and policies. She exchanged an item I had purchased some time ago the moment she noticed the item was no longer up to par despite being unused. Sales associates like her is why I will return to the Bloor St store specifically.

Amazing store. While staying at a High end hotel in Washington state, the shampoo at this hotel had there products. I loved the shampoo so much that I had went to this store to stock up. The staff was very kind and gave me some free samples too. I would highly recommend.

I am unsure how there are some negative reviews at this location; because I had the opposite experience. The team at Bloor are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The staff is more than willing to help. The staff goes above and beyond for their clients. The store is always beautifully merchandised. There is a lot of different products at the store, it will take time to try each product and browse. The brand is very well known for their shea butter hand cream, almond shower oil, verbena line, the Divine face cream, and the Reset serum.In my opinion, their Rein Blanche (brighten skin) face cream is my favourite. All the skincare is really amazing and it worth an investment. I highly recommend you try their almond shower oil, shea butter hand cream, and verbena soap in their beautiful sink if you have time to spare.

Shopping experience at the store is not bad, average.but online shopping service is poorly. The large size shampoo bottle’s nozzle was broken, and any samples was not there... every time they gave me several types of samples, but there wasn’t on this time. I felt really disappointed with my purchase.
