One of the self checkout attendants has some seriously stinky body odour. You are forced to park inside as the outside entrance is permanently closed and the carts lock up if you try to bring it outside, so the parking spaces outside are wasted space. The parking lot entrance is very small and leaves little room for error.

It is astonishing how such a large store can so consistently be out of stock. And when I ask when they will be getting more, it is always the same refrain: "We don't know what will be in the shipments".
I mean... who makes the orders for new inventory and why is it not possible to share that information with the people working there?!
And when I go to the customer service counter, there is almost never anyone there, and I can wait up to 15 minutes before a cashier notices and makes a call for someone. What about, I don't know... hiring someone who's job is to stay at customer service? Is Loblaws so hard up that they cannot afford to hire people?
And when I ask an employee about something there is a 50% chance they give me a look like I just asked them to provide the mathematical formula for the three body problem, and then direct me to customer service, who, when they eventually show up, can give me at best a vague answer because NO-ONE KEEPS TRACK OF WHERE PRODUCE IS PLACED!
I mean Loblaws is low-end among grocery stores in the first place, but this location is the worst grocery store I have ever been to.

absolutely horrible customer service. i had lost my wallet and the woman working customer service couldn't care less about it. she took my name and phone number and said she would call, but never did. so i went back and spoke with her again and she said the same thing. i ended up having to go from the manager to the person in charge of lost and found myself. luckily i found my wallet elsewhere, but would not want anyone else to deal with her.

Long-time customer, and in balance, like this store (good selection, spacious, lots of parking, etc. - hence 1 vs 0 stars). However, the self checkout system is terrible - not for customers like me and many other shoppers, but for individuals unfamiliar with automated kiosks, or those lack the physical ability to process/bag their items (this location has a large older clientele). Today, as I used self-checkout and saw seniors + otherwise abled customers (walkers, canes, etc.) waiting on (very) long, staffed lines, I asked for a manger ("in a meeting") and suggested to an employee that they consider implementing a more customer-friendly system for select groups. TBD.

Very convenient location with two levels of underground parking which comes in handy in bad weather.
Self checkout was fast and convenient. The employee that assisted me was very friendly and nice.

Extremely mean employees at the grocery department. When I saw a 50ish old, short, fat female staff who was peeling off leaves from the vegetables to throw away, I asked nicely If I could bring some home for my bunnies. She scolded me and almost yelled at me to get away. Extremely inhumane behaviour! Now i understand why people want to boycott loblaws. Pure greed.

never enough cashiers or people to help. long lines at the cashiers and the self check out. but they know many people in this neighbourhood are elderly and can’t go to a further store

Much more expensive than other stores. There were also some flies in the fruit section. Moreover, some of the items are exprired, be careful!

Most of the regular food and groceries are available with high quality. Price is slightly on the higher side than the other supermarkets around.

I placed a pc express pick up order and when I arrived at my scheduled time slot the employee had gone home for the day!! Very upsetting when I was too sick to go into the store to shop and now my child has no lunch for school the next day. There was also another customer waiting as well who also did not get their order. Apparently Loblaws cannot do anything to help you either even though it is their brand in their store??
When I went to leave at 9:11pm the doors were all locked and I could not get out. The store is supposed to be open until 10pm???!!! Clearly this store lacks proper management!!

The upper echalon of the Loblaws/Superstore/NoFrills group. There is great selection here that I feel rivals Metro. If you're Keen on deals it's possible to get certain things at a great price here. Just remember, you're shopping with the elite. The elite don't ask to price match, and this Loblaws won't offer you the price match either.
Update. Started to notice a staggering difference in price for things like meat, sauces, canned and boxed food, compared to other grocery stores. Quality of meat has been dropping. Not just at this location. Have brought my business elsewhere.

The fruits are horrible, the pack good looking one on top and the bottom whis is not visible they put rotten and old fruits. Usually the fruit's bag are mixed with good one and rotten ones. I assume they do this with meet and other stuff.
