Love their modern light selections, Amazing customer service. I purchased $15k worth of lightings from this place, sometimes if you are looking for something that you don’t see in their show room, just ask and they may be able to curate it for you.

No after sales service. Light came damaged - they sent me a quote to buy a new one. No refunds - no swaps. Nothing. $3000 later… nothing.

FIRST EVER USE OF COMMENT FEATURE: A brief but most unpleasant encounter when I brought in a light fixture (obviously bought there) to get a consult on a part. T.S., the Account Executive was immediately dismissive saying that they are just a sales centre and any issues or consultations needed to be directed to the manufacturer. Maybe, but the most rude and dismissive manner to a customer with a reasonable expectation of some level of product support was stunning. Her manager was “in a meeting” and when I asked for his contacts - she gave me HER card and said I should direct it to HER in writing.Wow.

I had great experience working with customer service on two seperate purchases which worked out just fine from my end. The products I purchase were good quality and every time I contacted coustomer service they looked after my needs. Thanks. Mary.

Bought 3 pendants and one of the cords was damaged. 2.5 weeks later I still have no time frame as to when the cord will be replaced. They keep telling me they are “working” on a solution. The completion of my project is now at a standstill because of this. I suggested that the cord could probably be repaired but Lighform was not interested in this solution. I suggested that I install the pendants and that LightForm offer to send someone to swap out the replacement cords but I got a hard no on that. The damage is only cosmetic - nothing to do with the electrical components so safety is not an issue…they are just not interested in a speedy and client focused resolution it would appear.

Visited a few weeks ago - Awful customer service, especially from Patricia. Not the sharpest employee, to put it kindly. Wouldn't trust her to sell ice cream. You can find their products elsewhere online. Avoid this place, especially Patricia.

Beautiful selection of designer lighting and fabulous showroom. Dory is a great sales rep, who is knowledgeable on all products and is quick to provide pricing + information. Definitely a go-to for lighting for projects of all sizes + budgets.

Complete nightmare. PLEASE NEVER BUY ON THIS WEBSITE. I bought a 3000$ lamp. Once I received it, I kelt the plastic wrap around it to make sure it perfect once installed. I slowly installed the suspension and once everything is installed, I removed the packaging to see that the lamp is scratch all around (and it’s massive) and there were at least 20 dirty spots on it. Cleary it was a used product. The website told me that since it was installed they won’t do anything for me. So basically what they say to people is don’t take precaution for installation and unwrap everything. POOr service.

I had purchased a Mantis lamp from LightForm. It arrived quickly and well packed. Unfortunately it was missing two mounting pieces. I contacted customer service and worked with Jackson, who was incredibly helpful. He immediately contacted the U.S. company to ship the parts, . Unfortunately, the U.S. company ignored me. When I contacted Jackson again, he responded promptly and had the parts sent from France. They arrived within 7 days! AMAZING. I will absolutely recommend them and will be purchasing from them again. Thanks LightForm and thanks Jackson

Update: Since posting this review, the president of the company personally reached out. He was extremely apologetic and was able to resolve the issue immediately.I ordered a Blu Dot lamp from LightForm that arrived in August. The lamp itself is beautiful, but the customer service (or lack thereof) I have received is abominable. I was mistakenly billed by FedEx for import fees, and was reassured on August 24 by Jackson Sawatzky that I should not pay this and it will "be rebilled to us and will take care of it asap." I followed up three times since August but continued to receive payment notices from FedEx that the bill was not paid. Today I received a demand for payment from a debt collection agency, which undoubtedly will impact my credit score and will be a pain to deal with. Absolutely terrible experience.

Be careful when dealing with this company. We ordered three lights and after they arrived we immediately notified Lightform that the lights we received were not what we ordered. We ordered black and gold suspension lights, what we receive were black and poo brown lights of very poor quality. It took multiple times to just be told in an extremely dismissive way that Lightform would not be helping and perhaps they would look better when illuminated- as if s*** turns to gold when you shine light on it?! EDIT: Cheryl your staff were not only unhelpful but rude. The pictures on your website are misleading and do not at all reflect the product we received. Wrong colour & size and you still refuse to fix it.
