Nice place but not a lot of options

This is increasingly my favourite LCBO—smaller and friendlier than Summerhill.

Be prepared to fight for a box or a method to carry your purchases home. I foolishly forgot a bag, and then was rudely informed by counter staff that she could easily "carry a few bottles all the way to Bathurst" so I should be fine. Thanks for the tip. I'll go to that LCBO next time.

Normally a good spot, but the last experience soured my taste.Apparently, LCBO no longer provides paper sleeves. I had no idea, but the cashier was happy to snap at me and tell me so.I am sure that the policy will be couched under an environmental impact explanation, which seems a little hypocritical when you see the amount of plastics that are freely used in the storeAll in all it's a zero stars for LCBO and one star for the rude cashier.

It's a quiet little store with not much of a beer selection if you're lioking for high end beer. Best part is Longows hot table right across the hallway on the same level.

Always not a pleasure to shop here, owing to staff. Not sure which I appreciate more: having to read the cashier's mind, or being told to move so that a shelf could be stocked. If there were any other options, this organization would not get a cent from me.

Rude staff. There’s one female cashier that is the absolute worst. Condescending, judgemental & unhelpful. It doesn’t matter how big this store is, or what they have to offer. We are never returning.

It's a smaller store and they don't always have what I'm looking for in stock

Honestly I’d rather lose 40 minutes out of my day to go to any other LCBO. The staff is so rude and incredibly judgemental making me not want to buy anything, never mind come back.I’d give it zero stars if I could.Worst customer service ever.

Never have I ever been asked for an ID at an LCBO, but I guess that's what happens when a young black man walks in to buy a wine gift for someone. I told the very plain WHITE staff my age and even offered to show digital copies of several ID's on my Google drive but they refused and said "THE STORES POLICY IS TO ASK FOR AN ID (PHYSICAL) FROM ANYONE WHO LOOKS YOUNGER THAN 30" I told em I'm in a rush, and can't go back home and come back and that's why I'm offering digital copies and didn't hold my cards as I've never been asked for an ID before even when buying a drink of over 40% of alcohol from any and that LCBO. I guess they need to make sure someone's WHITE grandma isn't getting robbed by the BLACK guy buying a drink. OH and guess what, I was the only one being asked for an ID as others in line where WHITE. Isn't that amazing. And when I came back he screamed at me for an ID and gave me a serious look, I gladly threw several ID's at him and asked him to pick his favourite. Funny thing is i don't drink, I only buy gifts for people but I'll never set foot in there again, they and their racist staff can die in hell

The cashiers here are the RUDEST customer service workers I've ever had the displeasure of being served by. This location has gone down hill sooo much within the last year. Bring back the friendly cashiers who knew how to treat customers or retrain your awful staff again.

The store may be a bit small but it has a great variety of stock. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and go the extra mile. I was very impressed.

One of the best LCBOs. Small, but has all the essentials. Plus the most amazing and friendly staff.
