Amazing customer service at the store by Miguel. The guy working there, He went above and beyond to help me to reach out whatever I was looking for. I was amazed by his assistance. Really appreciate. I could never think showing at lcbo could be that easy.

Very helpful and courteous staff especially Stephen Boutilier who went out of his way to find me a certain bottle of Mortlach scotch at another outlet and brought it to this outlet for me.That is amazing service!

I don't know how to describe my experience at LCBO. This is the LCBO I always go to because I live a block away. In this visit, a homeless guy, possibly an addict, came into the store with big grocery bags and started emptying all the Moët & Chandon shelves. He probably took more than 30 bottles. It was crazy. All the LCBO employees knew this situation, but they did not do anything. They said there was no point in calling the police because they never came. The security guard, a petite lady, tried to stop him without any luck. This was just a weird experience

Tried to buy a gift card from this store yesterday and they did not know what they were doing. They scanned the card wrong twice and were hesitant on correcting their mistake. Please train your staff on how to scan gift cards properly. There is nothing worse then giving someone a gift card that doesn't work.

Clean, organized, great selection and friendly staff. There's a young kid who works there whom I've never seen in a bad mood. It doesn't get better than that. Good job!

Overall good selection for the size, seems to rotate skus so there are always new options and the staff are helpful and for the most part jolly but as to be expected in some form of retail :)

Good vintages for a smaller store. Knowledgeable staff. I'm a big fan of this Loire release from Touraine- if you like Sauvignon Blanc! Some street parking and Green P across the street. Grab a matching meal to go from Mashu, Sushi, or Kitchen Table.

The LCBO in the Forest Hill Village is the Perfect one of their stores for a quick drop in for Brand Choices when it's last minute and you just need something. There is a chilled Wine, Beer and Coolers section.The staff are all knowledgeable and helpful concerning their inventory.Always been able to find what is needed. Because it's a smaller store compared to some, the selection may not be as varied... But you won't be disappointed if it's just a matter of something for that evening.

Very rude staff. They did not sell me what I picked because I did not have an ID on me, I am 35 years old, my fiance was with me and he is above 40. I showed them picture of ID on my phone still did not accept it. When he wanted to pay they avoided that as well. SUPER IRRITATED AND DISAPPOINTED with the service at this store. Some sort of common sense is good to have !
