Not all store employees are polite. also some employees are racist .... I had a driver's license proving that I was 35 years old and could drink alcohol, but they still refused to sell me alcohol. I was also completely sober. I don't understand why they refused to sell me alcohol. I think it was just racism!

The two older east European guys who work there always have no interest to assist you (too lazy to find me a common brand and lying to me that they dont carry them )and act like miserable douche bags.If you are not pleased then you should work somewhere else.

Would give it no stars but because it sold the cider I was looking for I’ll give it two. But other than that worst LCBO, and I have been to many. Parking is terrible, store is small and dingy. Entrance is filthy and sketchy. They yell at you if you don’t follow THEIR line up rules. I’ll stick to Mimico as it has much better selection and friendly staff with ample parking. It’s time for this LCBO to become a condo.
