Not a lot of choice compared to other lcbo’s

I recently visited an LCBO location that was, unfortunately, the worst I've ever encountered. The moment I stepped inside, I was hit with an overwhelming and unpleasant odor, reminiscent of urine, that permeated the entire store. It was as if the smell of piss was everywhere, making the shopping experience quite uncomfortable and off-putting. I couldn't believe a place of business could smell so horrible.
However, I have to commend the staff at this location. Despite the poor conditions, they were absolutely amazing. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to assist me and made the best out of a bad situation. It's clear that the staff is the shining light of this otherwise disappointing location.
I hope that the management addresses the issue with the smell promptly, as it seriously detracts from the overall experience. The fantastic staff deserves a better working environment, and customers should be able to shop without such discomfort.

Good selections for a small store.Some locations have awful selections of beer and wine this location has some great microbreweries and some good import beers.Wine is a small selection though.Issue is the beggars outside they are very aggressive.

Locate right at Toronto Chinatown. Service is good . choice choice are plentiful ..I often went by there n buy gift cards for my friends their special occasions or events or party.

The cashier didn't want to do any work. He pretty much judged me for how I was dressed that day. He was very racist towards me and very prejudice as well. He threatened me with slamming his fist on the table before serving me. He made comments about that nothing would happen to him if I spoke with the manager about his behavior. The manager listened to me but he didn't seem like he was going to do anything about it. Overall the cashier was extremely rude and racist.
