Laura is the Karen of LCBO on st clair!. I walked in with my electric scooter to quickly grab a bottle of wine, when an employee called Laura approached me in a rude and condescending manner and as if I had a weapon in my hands. She repeatedly told me that I couldn’t bring my scooter inside for "safety reasons" before I even had a chance to respond. I simply agreed to take my scooter outside, but she continued to speak to me as if I didn’t understand, repeatedly pointing toward the exit and insisting that I leave it outside and that she will show me the way out as if I can’t see it ! I didn’t argue with her a word and just said ok I’m leaving.
To make matters worse, she couldn’t stop and she then turned to another employee and loudly questioned if anyone saw me entering with my scooter, claiming it was "dangerous" and "against the law." This kind of treatment was completely unnecessary for a simple task like grabbing a bottle of wine. I understand that policies need to be enforced, but there’s no need for such rudeness and overreaction. A little professionalism and respect would have gone a long way.

This is mostly wine and beer if your looking for actual liquor save the trip. And rude employees especially the hippy dude who looks greasy and hasn't showerd since has was 89 cents

I love this location. The staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. I am consistently greeted with a smile, especially by Frank who always takes a few extra minutes to ask how I’m doing. Selection is limited due to the size of the location, but well thought out with a good range of options.

The cashier staff are rude and I feel like they make fun of the customers. Today there was a security guard there who was a bit annoying. I do not recommend

Awful customer service at this store. I stopped shopping for that reason. LCBO should train their staff with some basic customer service before they start working at stores with customer that spend their money there.

Rudest employees ever if I could give 0 stars I would with no doubt. My friend and I came in (ik it was bit last minute but we came in like 5minutes before they close and there was still people checking out). When we were done choosing and checked out the male employee gave the rudest impression by saying as you should when all we did was saying no we dont need a bag. And when we were about to leave he opened the door said next time don't come in last minute. I mean i know it was bit inconvenient for them but i came in when it was open and if you can't do a proper service maybe u should give your job to more decent people. Not gonna go there again as I dont wanna stress for just grabbing some drinks and checking out.

This review is for cashier Frank M. If you are a parent who has a stroller or wagon with kids inside, please do not shop in the store because Frank M will consider you are a dangerous person and refuse you to go inside. If English is not your first language, please do not shop in the store because Frank M will not be bothered to explain himself to you, instead he will ask you to go shopping somewhere else. If you are a respectful and honest person, please do not shop in the store, because Later when Frank M try to explain himself to your associate or assistant, he will twist his words and lie.

I walked into the store with my three children who were sitting in my wagon , staff member Frank M refused to let me walk in with my wagon and asked me to leave the wagon a side by the door. I couldn't just leave my wagon by the door because I have three children and one of them is a 1 year old baby, so Frank M asked me to go to somewhere else to shop if I did not want to follow his rules. I asked for his manager, he said he is the boss and he is in charge and when my husband called to ask Frank M to explained what happened, he was just playing his words and lied to my husband. Because his excuse about leaving the wagon away from shopping area was he thought it was dangerous for me to bring in the wagon with my kids inside. When my husband said if he thought having wagon in the shopping area is dangerous, why couldn't him help? his explanation was I can't communicate with him like English was not my mother tongue.

Convenient location if you are grocery shopping. However there is not much selection besides wine and beer. I consistently end up walking out without anything and going to another LCBO.
