The variety of wine is very comprehensive, and the arrangement is also relatively neat but the uneven level of service is really frustrating.I, as a graduate student, insist on checking my ID when buying alcohol. I didn't bring my passport with me this time, so I couldn't buy any of alcohol in the end.Later on, I also checked the laws related to alcohol in Canada and also checked the age requirements for buying alcohol in LCBO. Then I came up with the following question: Why can you judge a person based solely on their appearance and then ask for their ID information. If a minor really wants to drink, and they dress up very maturely, you may also make a mistake in judgment. Many times, what you stop is not underage people who really want to drink, but customers who want to enjoy the weekend beautifully.I really need your answers.

Wasn't too busy and the staff were very friendly. The cashier, on the other hand, was not nice. I asked if I could get a brown paper bag for my purchase, and he responded with, "It's been months since we've seen brown paperbags around here. If you want a bag, you can get one off the rack and pay for it." His tone of voice and the way his facial muscles tightened were a signal of anger. I'll still shop there but I'll avoid him.

They do a good job at maintaining the store. Associates don't really have friendly customer service. Thankful that the store does not have the one line situation happening

Please get a better system for a queue. Sometimes the queues are in the asiles for each till and sometimes only one queue for every till in the middle asiles. I've been snapped at before for being in the wrong line up. Now it seems like it's anyone's game. It's really frustrating

Not their fault that this is a small LCBO, the variety of wines is not really good, however they did have my favorite beer, Erdinger, which many other LCBOs don't carry. Service was acceptable unlike some other LCBOs.

One of the best LCBO’s I have ever been in. Friendly staff, well stocked and nice presentation. Finally, great customer service. Staff from other stores should be sent here for training. The only drawback with this place is, since it’s right on Yonge Street…. There’s no street parking or any parking at all for that matter.

Dear store manager Jessica, I know your employee Peter ( who is the cashier on this shift) might have potential experience a bad day, but as a font line cashier who represent LCBO brand to customer, please do train your employee to understand how to treat your customer respectfully. As a customer, I understand your sales and cashier not work for commission, I do not expect your employees would do anything beyond for customer, but at least, showed relatively welcome face, help your customers find the products, and assist your customers to direct right employee for help are the basic requirements for this job. However, when I try to ask Peter today for helping find a bottle of wine ( I’ve tried to find by myself from all potential corner and shelves, and I even checked inventory online before asking him), he ignored my request, said he is busy, his colleague is on break ( even the fact is there is a sales person on the floor, his colleague who on the other side of terminal left terminal to help her customer find the product) he could not help me, and wants to rush me away, literally called next customers behind me, even I was literally stand in front of him. What an obvious working behaviours compared with his folks, and what’s a rude way to treat your customers, please do train your employee better, as the nature of the job anyway is still the customer service
