The securities in the store wouldn’t allow me to take more than five minutes to choose. I believe the system of the store is arranged in a way that the customers can walk around and choose from the options. I was there with two friends. One of the securities told us that we were not supposed to stay around for long when we were just going through the store deciding what to buy.I understand that their duty is to keep the store and properties safe. But if they can’t identify a customer and a threat apart, the store and the security company shouldn’t hire them. This happened on 2nd February 2024 evening.

I feel like this store is missing a perfect drink to sell, beatbox ! They have lots of yummy flavours like blue raspberry, iced tea and green apple ! I think Canadians would love to have them in the lcbo !

I normally like this lcbo, but today I tried to give a dime to make the change I receive back $2 instead of $1.90 and was told that impossible because she’d already punched the amount in….

There was no ice wine recommended, so I showed the photo to the staff member and inquired, and he did his best to find it. Unfortunately, not all Toronto stores carry that wine, but I felt good thanks to the friendly staff.

Stopped by on my way home recently to pick a few items. Always find a solid selection of Ontario Craft beers but their other cold drinks selection is dismal. Find it annoying when it's busy during rush hour and they have carts blocking the narrow aisles. Would be great to have more than one cashier on the tills especially during rush times. Surprised to hear that they are collecting money for TO Food Bank so I gave the guy a donation.

Glad to see the selection of products improving but sometimes this store is so SKETCHYYYY!! What's up with the unsecured pinpads that fall down when you use them?? It's been like that for a couple weeks now. I mean, like, the LCBO has had a variety of data breaches with customer info so you would think that the company would want to make a minimum of effort to reassure cardpaying customers. But not at this store!?! When I asked about this at checkout, the crabby staff person said, "if you don't like it, then we don't need your business." Okkkaaayyyyyy....So I'm spending my $$$$ at another store that at least gives me the appearance at putting customers first. Another time I came during the day because I was looking for a new wine release and there was NO ONE on cash, I mean, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE around. I called out for service and to get some attention. The office door was wide open so I popped my head in but no one was in there (except a huge-ass safe). Felt like armageddon-ville lol! A moment later a staff person appeared out of nowhere and and did help me with a minimal amount of effort. But I tell you it WAS ANOTHER WEIRD experience.

Easy to see everything and the cashier are well verse in what you need or looking for. You have to bring your own bag now.

Kevin has to be the kindest most helpful customer service rep I’ve encounter. He was super knowledgeable and took his time helping me find the perfect Champagne. I will be coming back to this LCBO location for the excellent customer service!

Better Bourbon selection than other nearby LCBO locations on the PATH. Thanks to the currency conversion rate, I was able to purchase several Bourbon bottles for less than I would pay at home. This location had the same prices as other LCBO locations, but a larger selection.
