The rudest employees I’ve ever seen! They singled me out and I can sense the intention behind it, it wasn’t just about my ID, if it was they could’ve asked nicely. Just stating that “it’s a policy” is not enough’ Does your policy apply to certain people who look a certain way? What are the basis you follow to embarrass people by pulling them aside! And if it’s a policy, why didn’t that same policy was applied while serving me the sample of wine, why did it only apply when I was at cash, even when I wasn’t the one buying! Why didn’t the policy apply when I’ve been to the store earlier so many times! Why the people who looked the same age as me weren’t put aside? I guess I know the reason! Worst customer service ever!

This is a flagship LCBO regarding inventory. The booze, beer, wine and cider selection at this location is top tier. The store has a simple layout and a non-jump-the-line style checkout. Every LCBO should have a queue bollard and rope check out like this shop has. In fact, it should be policy on all new store builds and retrofits. Any who, this joint is easy to shop, well lit and packs much for limited square footage. The employees are hot and cold but that's retail for you. Use Google maps to help you avoid the peak times as the line up can be long. Even still, you won't get stuck in there, they hustle when required. This shop is particularly good with holiday gifts and packaging. Like any retail shop, avoid it during peak shopping times to maintain your sanity. Cheers.

Well stocked with grest selections. Very long lineup at checkouts upon arrival, but quickly reduced with half the registers open.I must look like a problem though. I'm obviously tailed by security every time I go in. (Security could brush up on its stealth mind you)

Still not the nicest LCBO and certainly the selection is not as good as other LCBOs wondered why the LCBO wants to pay outrageous rents on this space. The old LCBO in the ManuLife probably made as much money as this overblown space.

The old woman that worked today, a Friday afternoon, literally would not let my ID (a health card) go as she handed it back to me. She then proceeds to stare me down and tell me it would expire soon (three weeks to be exact), a fact I was already aware of as I have two working eyes. She then proceeds to explain the inner workings of ServiceOntario in the most hilariously sarcastic, self-righteous tone. Like, thanks tips! I'm aware of how all of that works! Anyhow, just a fun if not bizarre anecdote from this location lol

an insane range of alcohols here, a little limited in the Asian range but they very fact that they cover quite a bit of it amazes me.pretty standard alcohol pricing, ($17 for 375ml Absolut Vodka) and $3.30 canned cocktails. Ontario-made wines on a few shelves and international options on many others. lots of variety for gifting too.it’s the adult candyland basically.- broke college kid

Bizarre process to return/exchange an item. Despite having sealed items and the receipt, they made me fill out an "anti-fraud" form, took down lots of personal info, checked my ID, AND took the original receipt even though the customer service rep asked me if I wanted to keep it. She said she would have to make a photocopy of it if I kept it.To think our tax dollars are being wasted on such bureaucratic and time wasting none sense by these unionized employees. Shouldn't you be more concerned with all the broad daylight theft going on??They also have a limited selection compared to other stores. Avoid and go to a different store.

This place is really badly managed. No help, lines are huge. I finally got what I needed but was told to ask for it at the cash. Everyone else has their bottles but me, I guess they thought I was going to run out without paying. What should take 5 minutes turned to be an hour.

Manager is a jackass who does not know how to treat his employees or the customers. I did not catch his name. Otherwise I would’ve definitely put it out here.He was so rude that another person observing the incident ,felt the need to intervene and put him in his place.Glad he did that though!! it was fun to watch.I think he’s confused about the difference between owning versus working for the store! He need some coffee :)

Love this lcbo mainly because its conveniently located 5 minutes from the subway at a very ambient location near trees that have christmas lights and starry brass seats.

Fast service usually, sometime they can have 1 employee at checkout with a huge line up but backup comes fast when called. Variety of selection available, unlike any others I’ve been to here! Usually employees are on-hand to assist if needed and have pleasant so far.
