Absolutely gorgeous new place, very modern and excellent location. But security is dangerous, witnessed them taking down a person and aggressively pushing them around. A lot of times I've been in here and security follows people around and you feel very unsafe. Security seems very unhinged. LCBO, you need to do better.

Atrocious experience. If I could give this LCBO zero stars, I would. The staff are condescending, judgemental, rude, and disrespectful who discriminate and single people out by appearance. It’s as if being mean and insolent to others brings them joy. If you wish to be treated as lesser, please go to this LCBO.

My experience was really bad with this place.People who worked there on day 13.10.24 were rude ,no help and just unprofessional.If they don’t like their job just quit and get a life bc that people over there obviously need that and think I’m something more like u that is next level.People who works there they think they own that place .If u people wanna enjoy rude and unprofessional staff definitely go and enjoy that perfect staff there ? .NEVER AGAIN .

The extensive wine selection is the reason for the two stars. A lady in her 60’s was busy assorting bottles and even after I tried to get her attention three times she didn’t respond. Horrible customer service
I just left to the give business to a convenience store instead.

This one is like a Huge Outlet kinda spot !
Huge crowd with lots of variety in stocks !
Rubbish people also roam around ???
But security is very tight likewise !

For drink lovers it is paradise. Lots of variety of wines, beers and other hot drinks. Affordable prices and everything very well specified.

This place needs more organized way to order their stock, people are friendly, easy to find liquor brands ,big place .
Parking is a big headache please plan accordingly

I was repeatedly yelled at by staff for using my assistive/mobility device in the store, for which I am permitted, even after informing the staff member 3 times I was permitted where I was.
I will not be returning to this location.

It's a Decent sized store, but I wish you could order specific brands only available internationally or from other provinces. We used to be able to do this a few years ago
