The manager and the staff at this location are really helpful. There was an error on my bill where I was charged twice for a 6pack for two individual beer bottles. The staff was happy to rectify the issue promptly and even issued me an instant refund. Thank you for the great customer service. Appreciate the support. Happy to be your customer!Note : if you ever get single bottle of beer please be careful to check your receipt because the system by default is set to charge you for whole 6pack.If this happens you would need a valid ID and your original method of payment to get the refund at the store.

Staff was helpful. Huge selection. But no bags to buy, no paper bags, no boxes. So had to carry everything. A little strange.

Old woman with glasses and blonde hair looks like new hire, treated customer with horrible attitude and yelling to them.Poor customer they didn’t even do anything wrong!The store manager should training her more and consider if she can handle this position.

Went to this LCBO location. I’ve never had a better customer experience than I did with Patrick today. He was knowledgeable, helpful and he went above and beyond. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

It's a normal LCBO. The problem is a tall female employee, every time that I see her she's always upset and belittle people. Try to made me feel bad by being condescending and rude. She's not a good person. If I could give less than one star I would. I asked her about a specific brand of moscato. She talked over me, made fun of my accent and raised her voice when I said it's ok don't worry about it, she cut me off and said let me speak. If you need to go to lcbo go to the one beside loblaws. The other employee tall man with a beard is super nice and helpful.

A decent selection of wine beer and spirits for a smaller store. This location is convenient inside the Yonge Eglinton Centre, accessible to pedestrians, transit riders and those driving. Parking is subsidized if purchases are made in the centre.
