The white lady that cashed me out is super rude. I said hello- no response and weird looks by her side. Then she just pointed the machine at me to pay, I told her I have aeroplan, she made another face and scanned my card first, then she cashed me out, I said thank you and she didn’t say a word this whole interaction, just mean looks. Horrible service that no one deserves

One of the clerks(old man) was so rude! He didn't say a word while I was paying. He gestured to my card and then to the receipt. (Which card do you want to pay with? Do you want a receipt?) Only me talked and answered. He didn't even say bye to me as I left. He might be MUTE. If not, he's just Stupid or RACIST. Anyway, he ruined my dinner with wine. I will never go back!

I gave my ID and the lady with glasses kept bending it and asked me if I had any other ID on me for some reason lol, then when I gave her another piece of ID she didn’t even say a word to me and took both of my IDs to the back and handed them to someone in a room and got 3 other staff members involved. You should’ve seen their face when they handed them back to me and had to sell me the alcohol. Don’t you think if I would pay enough money to have 2 fake IDs that I would buy something more serious than 1 bottle of white wine for 12$…………it was hysterical, you could really tell the lady that cashed me out thought she caught me or something !!!! Another lady who works there came up to me and said “we could go to jail if we sold a minor alcohol” and I had to inform her that I too would go to jail for having 2 fake IDs …… that’s called identity theft. Anyways everything would’ve been fine if the cashier was nice, you could tell she wanted to find a reason to not sell to me, she didn’t say a word to me the whole process even when she gave them back and cashed me out she didn’t say a word, how embarrassing and ridiculous for her.

My first time going in. I went in with a specific drink in mind and I went there with my friends, unfortunately it wasn't there.I was told it was a little too fancy for the area LOL but I get it because it is fancy ?The lady at the teller that I asked whether they haven't stock or not actually chased after my friends and I and ask me what is it looking for precisely and I showed her.She immediately got on Her phone and found where is the nearest LCBO location with the drink that I wanted and she suggested The summer hill location which had 9 bottles.That was very sweet of her thank you so much for doing that, I actually went to that location and got what I needed.Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service.And here is what I was looking for... maybe you will consider bringing it in...you never know who may fancy it (saying it in a British accent ?)

Today I went to LCBO and I was speaking to the manager. I called him brother and he was mad at me. He told me that please don’t call me brother. Yes man that was my mistake. I apologize. An IDIOT like you cannot be my brother.

The manager and the staff at this location are really helpful. There was an error on my bill where I was charged twice for a 6pack for two individual beer bottles. The staff was happy to rectify the issue promptly and even issued me an instant refund. Thank you for the great customer service. Appreciate the support. Happy to be your customer!Note : if you ever get single bottle of beer please be careful to check your receipt because the system by default is set to charge you for whole 6pack.If this happens you would need a valid ID and your original method of payment to get the refund at the store.

Old woman with glasses and blonde hair looks like new hire, treated customer with horrible attitude and yelling to them.Poor customer they didn’t even do anything wrong!The store manager should training her more and consider if she can handle this position.
