I know this is just a liquor store, but why is it so dirty??? Like the floor is so dirty it's disgusting. Don't get me started on the fridges so gross. How is this place still open??? The amount of security guards here is insane, they should fire all of them and give somebody a mop and broom and clean this up!!! Ugh. I will post pictures..coming soon

They deserve a zero star. They refused to serve us just because of a sample. We live in Mississauga and there is never an issue with getting a sample with a bottle of drink . We were buying 6 black fly and a bottle of pink Whitney . They have a pathetic customer service. I understand you guys have a right to not serve but on genuine grounds . Making your customer look like a thief in front of many customers is not acceptable service . May be that lady is the one who likes stealing stuff here and there but we do not belong to such a background. Just coz you get many customers like that doesn’t give you guys the right to treat everyone the same way. WORST LCBO THAT I EVER VISITED. I also work for customer service , there could be better way to say if she didn’t wanna serve . It’s okay if they feel we did something wrong , but a better explanation could have been better than making you customers look like a thief.

Great location near Dundas subway station/ streetcars. Many shops and restaurants in the Atrium on Bay mall and Eaton centre mall across the street.
Good selection of wines and spirits and premixed drinks.

Closes at 9pm and no paper bag option. In Alberta it's 2AM close 7 days a week and they'll give you an option of transport container. Get with the times Ontario!

The debit machine crashed, no biggie, it happens. The guy calls the store manager for assistance and I hope she reads this review, you were so incredibly condescending towards your employees I felt horrible for both of the guys I witnessed you interact with. You could say everything you said directly without sounding so ignorant. I'd hate to work for you and I bet all your employees would agree.
