Very pleasant area of Bloor At, I would recommend heading this side for a nice sunny stroll. Nice location and knowledgeable staff. Very large variety of drinks, but limited in some senses.

In February 2024 I was inside the store in the vintage wine section when a male worker passed right in front of me. I asked that worker while he was passing if he knew where I could find a particular wine. I turned my phone towards him with a photo of the wine label I was looking for in hopes he would take a quick glance and direct me.
The man proceeded past me without even acknowledging my existence. He then proceeded to the wine shelf past me where he obnoxiously told the woman next to me that a particular wine would pair nicely with her dinner this evening. The two engaged in a conversation through me regardless of my question.
Shocked and disgusted with being completely ignored, I awkwardly walked to the shelves and attempted to locate the bottle for myself.
Once the worker was done assisting the other woman, I turned to face him and he proceeded to walk up to a couple beside me and ask them if they needed any assistance in selecting a wine, meanwhile neither of them had asked for any assistance.
I have never met this worker before and I do not know him personally. However, the fact that he is capable of making a customer feel so irrelevant and ignored in an establishment is astonishing. Not to mention, completely unprofessional and quite frankly appalling.
I took a photo of the man as he was asking the couple if he could assist them, after ignoring me.
I left the store paying $150 in various wines, mentioned to the cashier the issue I had and he seemed to know exactly who I was talking about... This guy's got to go, horrible customer service and based on the other 1 star reviews, it's not the first time.

Went in on Christmas Eve to pick up alcohol for a get together. We wanted to browse all the aisles to get something everyone would like. One of the staff (heavy set man with curly hair) approached me and my partner saying we were in the store too long and he’s noticed us just wandering around. Didn’t know there was a time limit on how long you can shop at lcbo. He needs some customer service training if this was his attempt at helping. Seemed like racial profiling and we left as soon as he spoke to us. Picked up the rest of the alcohol we needed at a different location.

We are not going to visit this location any more…The old guy on the cashier was felt racial to us…he was definately judging us…not good customer service.
