Creepy place. Security guard followed me around the whole time for absolutely no reason, however when a patron started acting obnoxious at the checkout lane, the security guy did nothing.

I bought a few bottles of wines and was at the cashier at 1:37pm on May 2. There was only one cashier open. While I was waiting he was talking cheerfully to the previous customer, who was a caucasian. When it was my turn, he didn't say anything, not even a hello. After all my items were scanned, he just crumpled up the receipt without asking me if I needed it or not. After my turn, he was then talking cheerfully to the next customer, who also happened to be a caucasian, totally ignoring me even though I was still standing there bagging my bottles.As an Asian, I felt the cashier had been discriminating and heavily racially biased. I felt I wasn't welcome in the shop.

Not a big store but it's in a good location and has parking a rarity nowadays. The liquor I was looking for was hard to find but they not only had it but the staff knew right where it was.

Although this is a smaller one, this LCBO is one of the few in the area that carries Creme de cacao.

The staff here are not very friendly but one should not be surprised do to the fact that it's a government operation! This spot is no exception the staff are rude and ignorant!

Customer service is incredible at this location. Staff are always in the best of spirits (truly a rarity and so refreshing for LCBOs) and so helpful. Big shout outs to Ellen for always getting large orders prepared accurately and in such a timely way!

wouldn't serve me with my valid government ID because "the dates were weird". refused to explain further and told me to leave. never before have I had this happen
