Discriminatory Service
Experienced dismissive and unprofessional behavior at LCBO. Staff training on inclusivity is urgently needed. Especially for LAURA.

Smashing IT!
I was kind of sad to see the old LCBO close down and make way for a new condo, but I'm really loving the new LCBO location just a few steps away from the old location.
This brand new swanky sparkly LCBO is now located at 900 St. Clair Avenue West, in a new CONDO development.
It's larger, more spacious, and the selections are amazing.
It's a great spot to take a stroll or buy a nice bottle of red wine!
Great customer service as well.

Please consider putting signage in to help with crowd control in the checkout lines. I have seen several incidents now where people get into physical fights while waiting in line because it's not clear where to stand. Employees and security do nothing to help. Avoid this location if you can.

Horrible experience here. Staff is unreasonably protocol based, rube, and unwilling to be solution based to a fault. Alex, the assistant manager, in particular will advise you to park illegally and physically attempt to stop you when leaving with paid product, then gladly proceed to gaslight you saying that was an “accident” when confronted.
Needless you say, you can expect to leave your encounter at this location with a sour taste in your mouth. Highly recommend going to literally any other LCBO if you value customer service, common sense, and kind people in general.

with a bigger space now that they've moved across the street it's nice to see they can stock a bigger selection of drinks, however it's sad to see that the service suffered in return. I used to like going here because the staff were always friendly and helpful, but since moving across the street I've mainly had run-ins with rude staff, the cashier in specific speaks to you as if your in a boot-camp instead of a store and will not ask if you have Aeroplan (she'll rush you so you don't have a chance to tell her you do, but she seems to have no problem asking the person after me if they have Aeroplan. This sounds petty to point out, but this happens every single time I go and the consistency has started to bother me).

* Google Map pics super outdated * it's got a huge selection but tight inside ( that's what she said ) fortunately they carry my favorite wine and it had a shocking commodity... Staff to help that don't look like miserable babies. They may become my regular LCBO because of these things.
