The LCBO, or Liquor Control Board of Ontario, is a government-run liquor store chain in Ontario, Canada. It's a convenient one-stop shop for a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, from everyday wines and beers to premium spirits and international wines.

The female cashier today was so rude. I went around 10 a.m., and she seemed annoyed that I went to her checkout while she was standing there. She wanted to help another cashier but didn’t put up a sign to indicate her station wasn’t available. Instead, she took it out on the customer.

This opportunity to find a fine Red Wine for our dinner this evening was met with such warmth , enthusiasm and detail by two staff members…the type of food , our usual kind of wine we prefer and the flavours we enjoy…the wine I chose was fabulous and thank you for the staff that assisted me…a Malbec Cabernet was just right for our evening…the LCBO on Spadina was super with service and attention to my request..

The actual LCBO employees are amazing but your security guards here are a joke. Why do you have 3-4 security guards and why was one tonight getting a phone number/IG of one of the customers? So inappropriate, on so many levels and such a gross use of my tax money paying you to employ these security guards when they’re more focused on getting the phone numbers of customers than doing their job.

Pretty similar to all other kind of LCBO’s, i did find the less variety though they didn’t have popular beer brands. But that could also be the fact that it was a Monday and weekends are busy plus lcbo stocks up mid week to avoid the rush.

Worst of all the LCBO locations for customer service. Rude. Especially for business owners. No help, telling me to pack your own boxes, cashier is only for paying while so many tell you to grab certain bottles at front for this purpose. Unbelievable.

One of the rudest experiences in my life. I went in with my actual CERTIFIED service dog; an employee asked to see my certifications and when I showed him, he proceeded to ridicule me and tell another employee that “photoshop is getting out of hand” all while laughing.
Legally, I know I do not have to disclose my disability or even show my certifications but I did, and I felt ridiculed and embarrassed even though my service dog is extremely helpful to me especially in crowd situations. I was not bothering anyone and my dog did not make a sound or touch a single thing, we were out of there in less than 2 minutes, I do not understand the need to make those comments and fun of my situation. Basic human decency things.

Old asian lady, go and get some life instead of yelling on customers. She needs mentally help.

Worst experience here with the Manager - Old Asian Lady.
She is very RUDE. She does not have any sense of how to talk with customer. She hovers here and there making customers feel uncomfortable. Even though you are buying drinks she will ask very rudely that if you are buying something only than she will open the door of washroom.
If she doesnt like her job she must stay home.
If you are going to this LCBO be aware of this lady.
