Amazing Quality service!!! Eureka and the Manager Chris went way above and beyond to help out my wife. We needed an item sent from the Ottawa store… and when they deemed the item was not sellable… they immediately got one from Edmonton… A++++ highly recommended service and great clothing….

My recent visits to Lacoste at Yorkdale have been disappointing. On two occasions, I encountered issues with purchased items that required exchanges. Unfortunately, both times I had to deal with Eureka from the customer service team.Eureka's approach towards addressing our concerns was incredibly offensive and disrespectful. Instead of providing assistance, she made us feel incompetent and foolish. Her attitude and behavior were far from what one would expect in customer service.Despite my appreciation for the brand, such unpleasant encounters with a rude representative like Eureka greatly diminish the desire to return to the store. Customer service plays a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience, and unfortunately, my interactions with Eureka failed to meet even the most basic standards of courtesy and professionalism.

I did not receive any product. Only the lady in the picture is friendly and I did not see anything positive or negative about the other staff. I don't know if 3 staff will be enough in extremely busy situations.

I would like to let everybody know I spent $300 yesterday at the store and the shorts. They sold me ripped on me. Not even 24 hours on in these I am going to put pictures and show everybody. What kind of garbage you guys are selling people if I have to I will go to every website and post pictures of the shorts and if I have to I will go social media as well if that’s the way they want to play their game

Joe provided amazing and exceptional customer service. His patience, attention to detail, and commitment to the very end all helped make this shopping experience much better than expected. While all the other store associates were in a rush & too busy to attend to customers, Joe was the only one who stepped up to get our items (making many trips to the back) and even went the extra mile to help us during the checkout process. Thank you again, Joe! We hope to see you again during our next shopping haul!

Asking for a different size feels like a burden. Lots of commom sizes are not even in stock. Price doesn't reflect the quality of clothing. The clothes don't last long. They stitching is weak and the material peels easy. Last time I was there they were offering a discount on every item but if you choose to take it you can't return the item. What kind of promo is that? Gives me the impression they rather sell it for cheaper than deal with unsatisfied customers.

Absolute inferior quality and even poorer customer service. Does not stand by the quality of their product when presented with a clear defect. Better off at Zara’s, Ralph Lauren, or anywhere.
