Anna at La Rosa is a godsend. I came to her in a panic after a different establishment had butchered a tailoring job on my best suit. She took amazing care of me, gave me such a friendly rate knowing I had already paid once to have the suit tailored. She went the extra mile and made sure my suit not only fit amazing, but you couldn’t see any evidence of the repairs. Meaning her work was seamless and so professional. She also cleaned the suit better than the last place. They work quickly and are dedicated to quality, and charge fair prices. I’ll be going back to La Rosa for all my cleaning and tailoring needs.

Quality is okay. Took longer than what they promised. It’s a cash only business but they charge HST. They charge HST but no GST/HST number on the invoice if you’de like to claim HST rebate later.

Great sewing work and fast, however I’ve had a couple of miscommunications with the person here. Most recently I asked to have a pocket zipper replaced and came in to find the fly had been done instead and was told the pocket zipper was a lost cause. Make sure to triple check you’re in the same page before leaving your garments!

La Rosa is the only place I would trust with my alterations. I have used them for years; they have just shortened the sleeves of several shirts, shortened two pairs of trousers, one of them with a side zip, and you would never know they had been altered. Absolutely professional and reliable - five stars!

Anna is very kind and truly a perfectionist, she altered a suit of mine last minute and it came out absolutely perfect! You're also going to struggle to find a more competitive price in Toronto. Anna works magic and care on any garment. She has taken in difficult alteration jobs and has the fastest turn around time. I dropped off a silk dress, trousers, and formal dress on a Monday with the hope that the silk dress would be done for Friday - Anna completed all the garments. I was in awe! Quality is above and beyond and attention to detail is evident in her work.

I dry cleaning of chair cushions done for cushions that had quite a lot of wear and tear on them. The turnaround was quick and the service flexible and location very convenient.
