I've been many times, bought maybe 50lb of beef and 50lb of chicken total - quality has been very good, more consistent than grocery stores.They will vacuum seal meat for free on request, which is great for a sous vide brisket, ribs, or steak.

Please go to another vendor or the supermarket if you can. Literally left it in the fridge for less than 24h, it has became brown and unbelievably sour. Insane that there is no quality control at a butcher shop.

Spiros, Sophia and Andy are the family who run this butcher shop - ask for them by name and they’ll hand pick your choice of meat. They’re wonderful people, and their quality is always the best as well as their prices.If you want to be guaranteed good meat, shop at La Boucherie.

DO NOT buy chicken here .... Only left them overnight in the fridge and it stunk so bad when I went to use it the next day. I see another review below re: chicken ... seems like it's not just a one off.

Been coming here for almost two years for those special meals. Their AAA Ribeyes are TO DIE FOR. Every time, I’ve cooked it perfectly and the meat just melts in your mouth. Their meat is always fresh. I’ll be making some braised short ribs in a cream sauce tomorrow. Seasoning my meat for 24 hours. I can’t wait till my next visit. Great quick service and quality cuts!

I’ve been going to this butcher for a few years now, and I always receive top quality meats and friendly service. 10/10 recommend their souvlaki, rib eye steak, smokey bacon, and veal! A gem of our community.

Went to St Lawrence Market on Thursday. Bought some lamb chops. It was over $32 for 8 lamb chops and there was nothing to them. I didn't see them until I was going to cook them. Really poor value. I won't be back and I suggest you go to a different vendor if going to St Lawrence Market. If I had an option for no stars iI would have chosen it. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. There won't be a second time.
