After our last two moving companies left us feeling like we would be better off moving ourselves and couldn't trust another moving company again. Yet, found ourselves in am impossible position where we had to use a moving company again because of timing and logistics. I'm so thankful that I found Kratos! This has been such a professional and genuinely caring experience, from working out the details and scheduling with Lucas, to the move itself with Ajay Kumar, Emil, Ibrahim and Mahmut. We were starting to believe that every moving company is nothing but scammers that leave you with a bill twice what was quoted and quit on you partway through the job, but now our faith has been restored because of this over and above team of amazing humans with big hearts. Lucas even arranged our storage facility for us and got us amazing deal we couldn't find on our own, you are a true gem, I appreciate your dedication and genuine care. The crew that came for the move itself were top tier! Very professional, kind and respectful, and careful. They even made miracles happen to get our 4 bedroom home into 2 storage units instead of 3 so I could save money on my storage fees. Kratos redeemed my tainted view on moving companies, I had them in my mind as a bunch of crooks, now I can move forward with Kratos for the return of my things from storage with peace of mind knowing everything will be great! Thank you all so much, I couldn't be happier.

Charles & Bis Marc excelled in moving stuff and calculatedly moved all the stuff in a timely manner.
The bonus part is they found the Apple Watch my husband forgot where he placed it, turned out it was in one of the drawers stored in Smart Storage for almost 2 years and they were honest enough to give it to my husband.
Kratos Moving has a gem employee in their company.

Hi I had a move done with by kratos and they were the best I have ever had. Charles and Bismark did my move it went great!!! They did everything I wanted and were very careful with all my stuff best customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I have moved many times in my life!!

I had a move by Kratos moving company the best in the business!!! Charles was doing the move it was so professional and everything went amazingly well I would hire them again in a second even the office staff are fantastic to deal with best customer experience I have ever had would only use them for all my moves!!! Charles was really great and his customer experience with clients is exceptional!!!

Moved my 2 bedroom condo with Kratos and they were really good. Wrapped and packed everything safely, and they worked very fast. Moved several times in the past and they were by far the best. Thanks again guys!
