This is not about this store, but an online order.
I placed an order with Kotn on Sept 25/26. I paid with Apple Pay, my card was charged, and I had a receipt in Apple Wallet. I received no order confirmation email from Kotn, nor email receipt. Weird. Maybe a glitch, I thought? I had to find my order number off Apple Wallet to pull up my order on Kotn’s website and find the tracking number. Tracking said the package was picked up and to be delivered on Sept 27th, but this never happened and there were no further tracking updates.
I have emailed Kotn several times over the past month receiving 0 replies (though their website *claims* they get back to you in 24h). I have dmed them on social media to no avail.
I contacted the shipping company who got back to me within 24h and then a week after investigating. They said the package is lost and that I should contact Kotn…..
I am trying. Writing this post so *hopefully* someone will get back to me. Maybe I’ll have to call every store next?
Really disappointed in this customer service from a company I once thought highly of.
Edit: before Kotn replies to say I should email one of their staff emails — I have emailed all of them. Please look at your emails and email me back.
Edit 2: A couple hours after my edit I received a new email from Kotn apologizing. They refunded my order and gave me 15% off a future order. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 2 because I finally received a reply. I’ll leave this up for a bit to warn others.

I returned some pants here and when I said they didn’t fit me the person processing the return said “that’s weird they’re usually quite spacious on most people.” also they don’t have any sizes above 30 out on display but I know they make them…hmm…
edit: also i emailed the email below twice and they did not respond! disheartening!

Unisex, minimal, and stylish. Great quality. I always drop by whenever I’m in the area. I picked up a jean skirt that was sold out online, which was a pleasant surprise for me! Scoped out a few other pieces that I will definitely be back for. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Pet-friendly which is always a bonus!

I have been shopping here seasonally for years since I worked in the area and have enjoyed the quality of all the pieces I've purchased from this store. The staff are always very welcoming and happy to assist you. Jenny is extremely kind and professional and has been consistently helpful since the original Trinity Bellwoods location. The online store does offer extremely fast shipping in the Greater Toronto Area but I still make an effort to come to the physical store because of the outstanding customer service

I’ve been shopping at the Toronto store for years and have been impressed every single visit by the quality of clothing and the kindness and knowledgeability of the staff. I’ve worked in a variety of retail stores and am consistently wowed by the professionalism of staff like Jenny and Cher. At this point, basically everything I own is kotn, and I think it’s largely thanks to Jenny being so consistently helpful and honest since I started shopping here in 2020. While the website is great, I highly recommend shopping here for the clothing and helpful staff!

Great store: quality wardrobe staples and fabulous employees. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with at Kotn - Ossington in store, online, and via phone has been lovely.

Do yourself a favour and try one of their classic white Kotn T shirts. Once you feel the clothes and see the quality you will want to invest in more of their clothing and bedding!
Amazing quality and I have always had excellent customer service.
I have the Double / Queen sheet set and duvet cover and I love them!!
Definitely worth it.

don’t wanna play the race card here- but as an Asian, I went to this place multiple times, every time I go literally no one greets me. Once I walked in w another white girl, the Asian girl who works there only greeted her and looked at me and ignored me. I feel like she was pretending she cannot understand my English which never happened anywhere else?and it was the kindergarten level of English convo I honestly don’t get it and felt like I’ve been judged the whole time. honestly be kind to your own race and all races.

Went into this store to update my spring wardrobe and no one greeted me or my wife as we came in. As we were looking around, no one asked if they could help us or engaged with us at all. I had to show myself to a fitting room and was so put off by the customer service that we left without buying anything. Will not be returning.

Amazing quality. My first item there was the cozy zip hoodie. It’s DOUBLE LINED! You can’t find anything that thick, warm or high quality in regular malls anymore. I have so many more items of theirs and continue to be a satisfied customer. Their customer service is amazing too, very quick to respond and offer additional services. I look forward to more releases in the future.
