I have had the pleasure of using this company actively for 4 yrs. now. I have been involved in International business dealings through out my professional career as a PEng and COO of an International Construction Company. This company is one of those hidden trade secrets of Professionals. Given, there have been hiccupps randomly but have always been addressed and corrected immediately.

If you don't mind waiting for days just to get a quote then maybe you will save a few pennies.
If you want efficiency and if you value your time then you better look elsewhere.

Transferred a large sum of money to them to be wired to a bank in the States. The transfer was set up at 10am and by 6pm the receiving bank, confirmed receipt of the wire transfer.
The rate we were given was better than that offered by Wise.
It was really nice working with Knightsbridge. Everyone we talked to was very helpful and I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to anyone looking to do an exchange.

Once you’ve set up account, speak with them. It’s easy. Then phone, or in my case today, I bought US dollars, while chatting with Ayaz. It took less than 5 minutes. Their rates are just slightly more than the actual rate. Maybe a penny, which is far better than any bank, that want about 2.5 %.
Banks imho should be charged for loan sharking. I recommend Knightsbridge.

Aside from having the best rates in Canada (I always check), the service is what stands out! I have dealt with Knightsbridge for several years, sometimes going months between trades, but my rep Adam replies to email requests almost immediately! Amazing service! Try that with your bank! I think I prefer losing money then working with a entrepris who do not have automatic service in the 2 official languages in Canada FRENCH AND ENGLISH that is 48 years ago 1969

you are transfer and you have to leavef a messagea and waithing
for somebody to contact you after leaving message no choise btw francais et english when you call customer servicde like french people do not mater we do not want to safe money like english. just back in time when english own everything and was the only with money
