Bought a floor model light for over $2K. They didn't disclose that they'd significantly altered the dimensions of the light. They said that I should have measured it and discovered their alteration despite them disassembling it before I arrived to pick it up. They won't accept a return. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid.

Ask for John at Kiosk!I recently purchased a Bocci 28.19 cluster pendant from John at Kiosk and the service was, again, exceptional – both from Kiosk and Bocci (the manufacturer). John at Kiosk is more of a partner than he is a supplier. I have worked with him on a couple of design projects and I love taking my clients to the Kiosk showroom because John always greets us like old friends.John is genuinely passionate about design without any pretence, is extremely down to earth, humble, and brilliant. His welcoming demeanour makes design exciting and comfortable because he shares his extensive knowledge freely and makes great suggestions for any price point.About Bocci – their light fixtures often become the subtle keystone of my designs because they make hand blown glass pendants that juxtaposes imperfect organic forms with meticulous engineering to create light fixtures that mix quiet elegance and light, airy design, with stunning design pieces. For this project, rather unusually, we were missing a small plug on the 28.19 fixture and Bocci immediately express-couriered the plastic plug with 19 extra light bulbs!I am grateful for this partnership and I highly recommend Kiosk for anyone with an interest in affordable design.Carm PanicoSpace Squared
