10/10 service! The staff is super nice, and very patient to answer all my questions. I dropped off a satin dress for dry cleaning, and they were able to remove a couple of water stains from it. Good value for what you pay for! ✨✨

Cost to replace zipper exorbitant and ridiculous. I took a ski jacket in just before Christmas. The fabric had started to tear at the bottom of the jacket near the zipper. I asked how much to fix it and was advised they couldn't repair it, they could only replace it. I asked how much to repair; the sales person said she would check with the tailor. The price came back at $55!!!. After tax, the cost was $62.50. When I gave the sales person $60 and started looking for change, she said that's all right. However, I insisted on paying the full exorbitant cost and handed her another $5. At this point she gave me $3 in change and wouldn't accept the extra $.50 back. In the meantime, while waiting for the jacket to be repaired, I had ordered a brand new ski jacket which basically cost the same price.A few years prior, I had the zipper replaced on a sweater that cost me around $30. They charged $27 plus tax to fix this zipper.I don't say they weren't nice while extorting money from me but I would not recommend this establishment for fair pricing when it comes to zipper replacement.

This place is amazing!! I brought my wedding dress and party dress here for tailoring and they did a fantastic job. They are detail oriented, efficient, well priced and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend King West Village Cleaners & Tailors!

I had two pairs of pants I needed tailored to rather specific lengths and they came back to me perfectly. Very happy with the result of the euro hem on my jeans as well. Excellent customer service and turnaround time, will definitely return to this place in the future!

Brought in some of my favorite pants to get altered. Staff was attentive and made sure to explain the alterations in detail before I left the shop. Just picked up my items today and everything fit perfect! Would recommend, a pleasant experience from start to finish!
