One of the best supplement and health food stores. I always stop by when I am in the neighbourhood to replenish. My favorite product is the Attune Lions Mane mushroom that they carry. Anyone who needs some natural boost in energy and focus in the morning, should definitely try this in their coffee. I also buy Theanine for relaxation and calmness. It works incredible and HIGHLY recommend. Owner (Lanny) and staff is very knowledgable, they've been around this long for a reason.

The selection of herbs they have is excellent, and they have good prices for the quality of their product. The staff are friendly, and I like that they allow you to bring your own reusable containers. I know I can rely on this place if I ever need anything.

I've been going for years for the convenience and quality of products. Not cheap, but these days, nothing is and they carry very specific things that cannot be found elsewhere. The staff is super friendly and I always feel welcome.

I've been shopping here for over 16 years for the selection of supplements, bulk and all my health food needs. Prices and customer service is excellent. And the owner, Lanny, can be found in the store every day.

I absolutely love shopping here! The prices are unbeatable in comparison to other health food stores. They offer a wide range of high-quality products, from organic fruits and vegetables to supplements, gluten-free options, and bulk stuff. The selection is impressive. It never ceases to amaze me how many different products then can fit. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. They're always ready to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer recommendations. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for natural health make every visit worthwhile. This store is a hidden gem on Roncy and a staple in our community. I highly recommend it.

Need vitamin supplements or minerals, health foods, how about soft taco wraps? This place has it all. The staff is friendly and courteous and will help you with any questions. This shop is a bit of a squeeze, but the array of the items available will more than make up for any inconvenience. Check it out.

Their products were making me sick. As soon as I stopped buying from them I felt better. Substandard quality at premium prices, someone has to pay for their rent, it won't be me.

This place has lots of vegan grocery items, including locally made nut cheeses and some harder to find brand name vegan products. A lot of what they sell is frozen. A little pricier than some places, but almost everything there is a speciality item so it's to be expected.

I have been shopping at this store for years, we’ve been in the neighbourhood over 25 years so we’ve shopped at this store well before the current owners. The prior owners were friendly, they recognized loyal shoppers, which I was, and they always smiled and said hello when they would see you. When the current owners took over there was a noticeable coldness in the store, but as someone else has said, I don’t need to be friends with the store personnel, but it’s always nicer when the proprietors and their staff present in a friendly welcoming way. Most recently I purchase fairly expensive vit C and a pro biotic. As I was being checked out, one of the proprietors, while looking at the pro biotic told me she could give me 10 % off. I said great, thanks. When I got home, I notice that the vit had an expiry date of Feb.23, it was the last week of January when I purchased the vitamins. I looked at the receipt and notice I got 10% off the vit c, not the pro biotic, as I was led to believe. So, the women who gave me the discount knew the vit c was expiring and didn’t point it out or ask me if I really wanted the expiring vitamins. While I know the expiry date isn’t firm, the container has 300 capsules, so these vitamines were going to be with me almost a year, I don’t take expired vitamines that go beyond 6 months after expiry. When I took them back, I was given a refund, but when I asked why they are selling expiring vitamins and hiding the fact, I was grunted at a number of times. The vitamines were put back on the shelf, behind the counter which is where they are kept. So, they will be selling the expired vit c to someone else in the hopes they too don’t initially notice the expire date and maybe live far enough away to not bother bringing them back. This was my last visit to Kim’s. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years but between their cold reception and their questionable practices, I won’t buy at this store again.

Selection of supplements is okay. Many things were out of stock. I would guess it is because of the supply chain issues

Very helpful staff and great pricing. Large variety of product. If they don't have something in stock they'll order it in.

This is a good health food store with good products. The prices are not great but they are fine. In my experience not all the staff is too friendly or respectful, but I don't need to have a personal relationship with my health food store. Just decent communication. Today I had a cream which went bad a week before the printed expiry and so I brought it back with the receipt thinking of course they'll take it back, but to my surprise they did not. They told me that I had used too much of it. (Does it matter how much I used?) I had used about half of a small box. I buy this cream from them at least once a week and I buy about $300 plus worth of groceries from them monthly. Yet the gentleman started telling me "not to lecture them" about the validity of accepting my return. All I was trying to explain was that I didn't do anything wrong to the cream, and that considering how often I buy it, why wouldn't they just accept the return? I obviously know how to store and use cream but he decided to tell me the cream went bad due to my misuse and that if I had returned it the day after buying it he would have accepted it. His logic makes no sense at all because it wasn't bad a day after buying it. And it felt very awkward for him to be so resistant and un-accommodating. I had to then take the cream outside and throw it out in a public trash bin. Additionally, throughout COVID they forcefully made me use their cheap slimy hand sanitizer which made my hands dry out and crack so I had to stop going due to damaging my hands. I complained about it many times to them and they didn't care. And the manager woman was pretty aggressive with me when I explained to her that I don't want to put the hand sanitizer on anymore. It's really unfortunate that they aren't more humble and service-oriented. With the exception of kind older woman, they are stand offish and they don't appreciate their customers or at least they don't appreciate me. They try to use polite words, but it doesn't match with how I am treated. I may continue going there to buy the kefir that I cannot buy anywhere else, but I'm no longer going to be buying the majority of regular items that I used to. Because what if I need to return something else in the future? I don't want the trouble or the confrontation. And I don't feel appreciated at all. Too bad, I wish they would try to see it from my point of view. Paul SB

I totally love this store. Well organized store. Super friendly staff. The prices are among the best in the city for health store products. This has become my favourite store in the city. I appreciate how much care they took to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.
