I'm giving this place two stars for its attractive product selection in the storefront. However, my experience inside the store wasn't welcoming. When I entered, the staff greeted a customer behind me but completely ignored my greeting. It made me feel uncomfortable, as if I were invisible.I'm not certain if this was related to my ethnicity, but regardless of the reason, this kind of treatment is not acceptable, and it's important that every customer feels equal and respected.

Beautiful curated collection of quality clothing and unique accessories. Comfortable shopping ambiance with helpful, professional service. I found this store through a friend after I commented on a great necklace she was wearing. It has become one of my favourite stores in Toronto.

I love supporting the neighbourhood stores. And I bought several items, from a necklace to a purse from KEMI. But the “NO REFUND” policy makes me think twice about buying from that store again.I returned the jewellery in a week, and they gave me a store credit (a piece of paper for $190) on December 17, 2021. Since that day, I have visited the store and could not find anything to buy. So it has been NINE months that they had my money which they exchanged with a piece of paper. This is not fair!And their behaviour changes when you talk to them about the issue. They do not even look at your face when they talk!I do not recommend this store at all!
