Last week on June 4 our family had a celebration of life for my brother Frank King. It was exceptionally well planned by the excellent staff. Recia Yuan, and Andrew Pedulla arranged it all perfectly. They made a real difference.

From the first day when I went, Anna was very caring, considerate, attentive to all the needs and questions that I had. I didn't know at the time that my father had pre-arranged the funeral. He made things pretty straightforward. I did add some other aspects to the service. When everything was passed off to another colleague, Karin, the funeral director I was dealing with, was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and attentive. She returned every message and email, regardless of the time of day. It was such an overwhelming week for myself and the rest of the family, trying to make these arrangements quickly. She made it effortless without fail. On the day of the funeral, Jeff, who was with us throughout the day for the funeral service, was very helpful. He was another staff member who was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and courteous to the family and everyone involved. I appreciate all their hard work and help from the start right up until the end, to the last day, meeting once again with Anna, going over last-minute stuff to prepare things for my mother. I appreciate everyone's effort, their teamwork, and their ability to turn such a trying time into something that went well. I believe my father, who is no longer here, would have appreciated all their efforts, and I am truly grateful and thankful to their team at Kane Jerrett.

Kane Jerrett Funeral home made our difficult loss easier to manage. Kenneth, our representative, and now friend was compassionate and patient. He did an outstanding job in helping us honour our love one. He was attentive to every detail and was available when we had questions. He responded promptly always being comforting and assuring. He was gracious and made sure all our specific wishes were fulfilled. His kindness and knowledge was exceptional. Our family is grateful for his, and the entire staffs support.

Ken Burnley was just amazing to deal with. He was professional, thoughtful, patient and very detail oriented such that everything was perfect. We could not ask for a better send off for my mother. The rest of the staff during the visitation, funeral services were also great. I could not speak more highly of your people and services. Thank you for all your help and support during this difficult time.

Ken and his team were incredible during a time of hardship for our family. From the moment our grandmother passed up until she was finally laid to rest, Ken was there to guide us along the way. His professionalism, patience and dedication to his profession was impressive and reassuring that we were in good hands. Everything was arranged perfectly with all options and arrangements laid out clearly. There was no pressure whatsoever.
If/when the need ever arises, undoubtedly we will reach out again.

The home should consider upgrading its video projection equipment to include a bigger screen than the rather small TV.Many funeral homes provide a large projection screen for all the attendees to view the videos.

My wonderful sister, Angela passed away before her time. Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes was used because they took care of my mother back in 2002, they provided exceptional service back then, and again in 2024 for my sister. I was overly concerned for my sister, who was also my best friend, and Ken and the entire staff did not disappoint. They treated her with great care and respect.Thank You.Joe
