The staff was ok, but not very communicative. A huge waste of time. They told me they could get my tire in by 3PM (it was 9AM when talking to them which they made me do an appointment for) and made me wait all day. 15 min before returning they tell me they couldn’t get the tire in. What a waste of time when I could’ve gone to a place like Canadian tire which has cheaper options and faster service with no appointment. Don’t bother with this place, they will rip you off. Also staff could care less that they wasted a potential customers time. Save yourself the time and headache and go anywhere else.

Purchased winter tires and was impressed with the quality of service. Had booked for a week out, but git a call and work was done the next day. Warranty on new tires was fully explained. Quality operation

Took my winter beater car in to get a flat fixed. They refused to even look at it as the tires were more than 10 years old. If they had actually looked at the tire they would have seen that there were 4 screws in it and they would have been able to sell me a new tire.

Scammers. This used to he the most honest trustworthy shop you could find when it was run by that guy Stefan. I have been a client for twenty years. The new manager and team must be bonussed in how much they can extract from their clients. Went there for a simple tire change and faced a barrage of suggestions for things that needed to be fixed which simply didn’t sound right. On the previous visit they told me they couldn’t fix a flat because the tire was too old and that I needed a new set. I took it to another place and they fixed it no problem. I no longer trust this place. Looking for a new place to go.

My girlfriend and I have both used these guys a couple times now and their customer services is always 10/10. Great team, really fast and Dailed in on their stuff. Keep up the great work

Most of the service was great and fast. Only negative was our tires were stacked too high in our trunk and cracked our back window when they flew back at a red light. Would have preferred if they had placed them more securely.

They used to be much better however it's not for me anymore. I went in because the cover of my catalytic converter fell off. I told them this exactly, they kept the truck for the day. When I came to pick it up they said they tried to order the part but it's not available, which is fine. But then proceeded to charge me $80 to tell me "it's the cover of your catalytic converter." Uh yea. I literally said that when I came in. And he talked to me about it for like ten minutes, I guess to make me feel like I got my money's worth lol. But yea they called the charge for "diagnostic." I was like well damn you shoulda paid me $80 bucks then ? anyways I felt like I shouldn't argue because I know businesses are struggling these days but man, so am I? !!! It just indicated to me a lack of integrity (or rather a loss of integrity, because they used to be better than that). It's a lesson learned and tells me what I need to know: find someplace else.

This place is a money grabber shop.Their knowledge of cars and tires are very poor.I requested certain tires, and they kept trying to upsell when I clearly knew what I wanted. I also had made an appointment, thinking I would have my tires changed right at the time of my appointment, but had to wait several hours for them to finish.

Been Kal Tire’s customer for a few years, this is my second car with them. They usually do the job, even though they always either under-inflate or over-inflate the tires and led to an uncomfortable ride home. But this year the staff got a new found condescending attitude.They asked me if I my car has any special lug nuts and bolts. I said no. But the guy told me my brand of car usually has it. I told him that they did my installation last year and already confirmed this. But he cut me off and said “you didn’t answer my question, let me check”. Of course the car doesn’t have any lug nuts and bolts. We customers are not experts but not that oblivious.And if you already know, what’s the point of asking?

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the Kaltire Dundas branch. I decided to store my tires with them, and it turned into a complete nightmare. They initially promised a tire change would take a maximum of 90 minutes. However, when they called after just 30 minutes, they claimed my brake pads needed replacement. I reluctantly agreed, thinking it would be a quick fix.To my utter dismay, after waiting for a painstaking 3 hours, they informed me that the brake pad replacement was taking longer than expected. I had to pick up my kids from school, and the staff nonchalantly suggested I leave the car with them and return later. The problem was, I was quite far from the branch and couldn't easily do so. I asked them if they could at least go ahead with the tire change, but they questioned whether I should come back the next day.Frustrated and fed up with their lackadaisical attitude, I decided to forgo their services altogether. I find it mind-boggling that a simple tire change and brake pad replacement could take over 3 hours. It's clear that they have no respect for their customers' time, and it's incredibly disappointing.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this branch to anyone. Even the store manager suggested I take my tires elsewhere. It's safe to say I won't be returning, and I urge others to consider their options before choosing Kaltire Dundas.

Bought a set of Michelin tires almost a year ago. Two always seemed to be losing air since I bought them. When I went back last week they said the tires had rim leaks and remounted them. To me, that indicates they were never mounted properly the first time.

Friendly and timely customer service. Ordering online and booking was simple and clear. Staff was surprisingly not at all knowledgable about tires. I purchased ko2's and they never asked which side I wanted the lettering on. When I requested the white to be outside, they said the letters were blue... if you know, you know. Good price though.

Fast and fair prices for tire rotation. Double the price for an oil change for some reason 120 bucks at kal.. 80 at the three mechanics shops in the area..
