I made a visit today and was extremely disappointed with the service here. I called in a week ago before my visit today to inquire about a bench I saw online. They told me I had to come to the store to purchase and pick it up. Although it would have been more convenient to have it shipped, my husband and I drove over to purchase the bench. Upon arrival, I told one of the employees I came to pick up/purchase a bench and that I’d like to see it — one of the other employees then proceeds to say “everyone off the bench!” as I saw multiple people sitting on it get up. It was strange to me that they were allowing multiple people to sit on a piece of floor model furniture as if it was their own. The main problem was that when the bench was brought to the door for me to see, my eyes were immediately drawn to the fact that it appeared to look worn out (considering multiple people were sitting on it

They charged me $20 for delivering a $60 purchase two blocks away. I ordered delivery because it's safer and I wouldn't mind if they had warned me! But the $20 was a fee for shipping via Canada Post. It really would have been better to warn me that a drive-by dropoff of a small plastic bag would cost me 33% more. They don't allow exchanges or refunds at this time, it says on the bill. Other than that, a very nice local store and I wish them good luck in the pandemic.

A really cute store all throughout and decently priced. I went in looking for a plant pot but came out with a beautiful door mat. A lot of their products are sustainably sourced or made, and they have very unique items. Great spot to liven up your traditional houseware items on a budget, definitely recommend!

This store has a very restrictive return policy - would advise to shop elsewhere if you are buying a gift. I also found it expensive and the items were not that original.
