I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an appalling experience from start to finish. The room was filthy, with stained carpets, moldy bathroom tiles, and a lingering odor that was unbearable. The bed linens looked unwashed, and there were insects crawling on the floor.
The hotel's facilities were equally disappointing. The common areas were poorly maintained.
To make matters worse, the front manager was incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought up my concerns. They were unprofessional and showed no interest in resolving the issues.
This hotel is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

This place is a perfectly suitable motel... if you're a low life, drug addict, who doesn't mind being bullied by the ignorant man who runs this completely disgusting dive. If you have even a slight amount of self respect, you should steer clear of this place

I'm giving this place 5 stars, not because it's a 5 star hotel, but because when you compare it to a homeless shelter like Seaton House, this hotel looks a lot better. If you're a normal person, visiting the city, DON'T STAY HERE, this is not the place for you. This hotel is for the homeless, escorts & drug addicts. It's not meant for tourists or anyone who owns or rents a place to live. This is for people who are in dire situations in life & would rather pay a cheap price for a private room & a warm bed, instead of going to a homeless shelter

Im currently homeless due to ongoing issues with addictions. That being said this place is just what you need to get a night's rest I'm a warm comfy bed, and a shower in the morning. The owner charged me 60$ a night so I decided to stay for 5. (5x60=250$) deposit was 80$. I figured the cost to be around 330$-350$ bucks however to my surprise he only charged me 300$ and gave me my 80$ deposit back. So it may be somewhat rundown and low quality rooms... But it sure beats a shelter or the streets.

Both my husband and I where home less and didn't have a place to be alone as the shelters are made for couples to fight and not to get along ,so we found this little quaint hotel on college st and we this covid hit we stayed there for 35 day mind you it was a little pricey but at least wr where alone and there was t.v.

Looks totally doggy from the front and really have no idea how to book a room, was visiting a friend myself. But the rooms were large very clean had small fridge, TV I think and overall very nice. Would recommend trying out if looking for a discount spot. Also it’s in one of the best neighbourhood in T. O

Great location that rents out for the hour or two if you want a quickie... massage parlor down stairs needs younger women. Last time i stayed there it was good.. last . i heard there was bedbugs so u might want to inspect first.
