Gary and the entire John's Unique staff were very professional. Communication with them was always clear and transparent. Even though my car was a total loss, I was still treated very well. Excellent customer service. I will definitely return for any future repairs.

I have been taking our cars to John's Unique Autobody for years, and have always been happy with the quality of their work, and their prices. You can negotiate with them after they give the initial estimate. When the car comes back, it is cleaned and vacuumed inside. I have recommended them to my friends in the past.

Some guy there stole all $8 at least of change sitting in the change tray of my car when it was towed & stored there.

Gary and the receptionist were a pleasure to do business with. Great people and they do great work and stand by there work!!! Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

My car came back with the back fixed and the front (which was not in the accident) had huge scratches around the headlight and a dent. Also, the woman at the counter said she would "look after" my rental car, meaning call the rental company and have them come get it. I believed her. BIG mistake. She left it there for over a month and I was charged nearly $900!! When I called them to complain they shrugged their shoulders on both counts. Do not go here!
