John is terrible and rude to customers. John doesn’t care about helping others like his customers. John will kick you out of his store even if you buy something and if it’s cold outside.

Charged me $232 on a $32 payment and wouldn’t refund me when I noticed. Police being informed as this is just blatant theft and judging by others commenting who’ve been wrongly charged in the past, it seems to be a regular occurrence. Awful.
