Make sure you don’t give your credit information or anything like that until you have a deal. They did multiple inquiries on me as a “back up deal” and dropped my credit by 28 points when the finance manager assured me she wouldn’t “blow up” my credit, which clearly she did. They don’t care about you. Steer clear from this dealership.

This dealership told us that they are not going to replace our paint peeling bumper thru Ram care because we didn't buy the Truck from them. Since this particular dealership have denied it and blamed the peeling paint on stone chips, Ram care won't consider replacing it, even if another dealership agrees it's not caused by stone chips. If stone chips are causing bumpers to peel paint then it obviously a manufacturing defect. This paint peeling issue has been well documented on several forums. Feeling very disappointed with Ram Care and this Islington dealership. They recommended we go to the dealership we purchased the truck and the warranty from to have the problem solved. Ram care said that since this dealership denied the warranty we won't be able to get it done anywhere else. Seems like Dodge is setting up customers with warranty they don't plan on honoring. Furthermore we had to followup with this problem for a month due to lack of response from the dealership and Ram care about why the claim was denied. They kept blaming eachother for the denial. What a waste of money and time. I recommend not taking your vehicle here for warranty issues because they will lock you in a Catch-22.

Brought my jeep there for repair estimate. They wanted 11k! Took it to Mr.Jeep and am back driving for under 2500.00. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you aren't filthy rich...avoid Islington Chrysler.

I bought a used 2019 Santa Fe from this dealership and had a great experience with Kajaani, she was very customer focussed, attentive, responsive and trustworthy in providing all the details to make sure everything is transparent. Cannot say that about car sales people these days any more. Would highly recomend her to anyone who is in a market to buy a car.
