The office is space is comfortable, well lit and well maintained. What truly makes the space special is the staff who are incredibly responsive and professional. I highly recommend IQ Offices.

This is still my favourite coworking place in downtown Toronto after having been to a few coworking spaces across some cities in Canada. I book my pass through Flexday. I like this place as I get a room to work in which is conducive when I'm focusing and when I'm on calls - I'm not disrupting someone else's work or have to step out multiple times. The rooms for day passes do not have a view and it can be clinical looking but that's fine for the day. You get a keycard for the room, for the day which lets you leave your stuff while you get lunch or coffee.There's a basement lounge area where you can have your meals or just get a change in environment during the day. Washrooms are conveniently located near to the rooms and are clean. The space is located centrally almost next to Easton Centre.

I have been a tenant at IQ for 18 months. I have found the staff very friendly and helpful. When I had a shipment of IT equipment they helped with that along with various IT issues.

It's a nice office but you will be nickled and dimed... One of the 6 empty meeting rooms are not included in the monthly price, instead you have to pay separately in excess of hundreds of dollars per day. Our desks were empty and 'setting them up' was $100 each.

I looked at several locations before choosing IQ office suites. I was sold by two sets of factors: the classy, quiet, beautifully decorated spaces and the professionalism and dedication of the staff. During my 18 months here, the staff have consistently been focused on delivering the best customer service possible.
In addition to always having a friendly smile on their faces as they do their work, the staff are focused on continuous improvements. For example, we were having a lot of trouble with the printer, and the management made the decision to invest in a more expensive machine, to keep the member experience positive. The weekly happy hour is a great touch, providing a little break during a busy week and a chance to get to know the staff and other members (the granola bar is a big hit for me, as is the fresh fruit that's always available).
It's not just the big things however. There is almost always something new that has been changed to enhance my experience as a member, from the addition of a paper towel dispenser near the 3rd floor sink to a welcome adjustment in the size of the jar holding coffee stir sticks, all focused on making things more convenient. I also appreciate the sentimental gestures, like the personalized note that accompanies the cup of Easter chocolates, with a kind remark from the staff. Most places either don't even bother, or they drop off something impersonal.
This consistent attention to care and detail is just one indicator of how well-trained the staff are, and how they go above and beyond the dictates of the role to make members feel valued.
More importantly, the staff are tireless in their efforts to solve the occasional problems that do come up, whether it's problems with the printer or the wifi. Just tonight, for example, the internet went down around 6:30 or so. As I started to panic, the Operations Manager (Leya) appeared out of nowhere, like a Guardian Angel of IT, and said "Don't worry - I'm on it!".
She stuck around to make sure the problem was resolved and didn't leave until 7:30. Now THAT is customer service! And, she did it with poise and graciousness, and a smile, as she always does.Bravo Leya! Always going above and beyond.
And bravo IQ Office Suites.
