My experience with ICCS over the past 10+ years is favourable. I learned a lot about Canadian coins through their expert grading services and identified both the gems and lemons in my collection. The cost is reasonable for the average collector and I am pleased to say the communications have much improved.

ICCS are leaders in Professional Canadian coin grading and set the standard as such. However, the lack of a website and web-based presence is horribly outdated compared to today's society. The location is difficult to find and somewhat limited hours. Grading standards are quite strict compared to most, which I like. Most recently I have often found many inconsistencies in their grading and commonly missed varieties. I still like ICCS but their business standards and practices are dated. I've seen a few other graders mentioned on the various reviews, just a reminder that CCCS is also a great Canadian grader as opposed to sending your Canadian coins abroad to a US counterpart which doesn't hold the same strict standards.

Found them very professional however a little rigid when it came to something out of the norm. Having said that, their standards are high and that is what really matters.

I was expecting alot more from these guys.Absolutely no customer service, felt like i was an inconvenience to them,as i booked an appointment, weeks in advance. Horrible experience... Ohhh... Grading. . Hmmmm soo questionable!!! They definitely need to get there eyes checked, or whatever there using.... Great job guys... Ya right!!! Never again.... Not worth it guys!!! Definitely better to send to PCGS

They do need plastic holders like the rest of the services especially now that they charge more than they used to. I still give them 5 stars.
