So I've been on this hunt for advent calendar stuff and all the stores near me were out of stuck of this book I was looking for. Using the Indigo app (despite how bad it can be) I found this location was the easiest for me to get to. I had a rollercoaster of a day yesterday and I was wandering the second floor for a while, going up and down ready to give up. It was hard to find a worker that wasn't busy (and really I only saw maybe two walking around) as I didn't want to disrupt them. So I decided to grab something and head to cash out and asked at the register if they had these items. I felt at ease talking with the guy at the register, he was so friendly and charismatic with everyone. And many thanks to the guy who found both of the items I had come for (because the app was so unhelpful haha). I wish I lived closer so I could frequent this Indigo more often. Their upstairs section is so cozy by the windows and easy to find, a minute walk from Eglinton station.

Thank goodness the construction at Yonge and Eglinton has moved on! Getting to this Indigo is much more convenient now. A large location with multi levels, you can get lost in here for a while. Huge variety of books for all ages, plenty of gift options, and stationary galore. Overall, a pleasurable experience. Be sure to check the clearance section for the best finds!

Came over to pick up item. It was stolen, rather than tell me straight up. Maria lectured me on the process of how Indigo processes online purchases.

I’ve always had great experiences at the Yonge and eg chapters. Writing this review specifically for Scott though, and his exceptional customer service!

An overwhelming experience for the nerdy book lover. Be aware that you'll not leave empty-handed.

pros: decent selection, nice display, cons: staff isn't that knowledgeable, Starbucks isn't there anymore, bathrooms are upstairs by the kids section. it isn't what it used to be

This indigo site was great they have a variety of options for books that that are neatly displayed from first level to second level as well as a lot of comfy areas like sofas and lounge chairs to sit down and read a nice book while drinking some nice tea or a refreshing drink to sweeten your day. Not to mention there great services as I met the guy on the second floor who was so generous and pleased to cater to my every needs. Therefore I highly recommend you stop by here, as I well do just that all the time.?

The two stars are only for the books and the collection they have other than that such rude staff , being rude to someone just cause they are a different colour than you, such employees should not be hired in the first place, they ruin all the good things you have to offer, the guy that helped me out at the cash just might be the rudest cashier I’ve ever come across
