This place is ridiculous! They just do not have products that they should have. It is a very limited assortment with no any logic. In addition, people who work there are not helpful at all! They do not know products, prices, and the store. They do not even try to help you.
It is the worst ikea store I've ever seen and I've seen many of them around the globe!
Do not waste your time going there!

The woman with a ponytail and acne handling food samples was utterly rude on November 16, 2024 at 5:30pm in her tone and facial demeanour and body language despite the fact I couldn’t understand what she said to me due to her strong accent. She could have politely said she was finishing up with someone instead of rolling her eyes and turning back away from me like I was the plague while snapping at me. Later after the only person left, she had nothing to do and turned to me (i was now elsewhere) and asked if I wanted a sample and I told her no because of her attitude and then she proceeded to argue with me. Later I complained to Bruno, a Manager afterwards. Skip the food to avoid attitude. Free samples are not worth dealing with lack of customer service skills and attitude like that.

Jill at self checkout was so rude, I think if you are working you should have to be patient and she really doesn’t have that. I asked if we can pay cash she literally yelled at me without answering my question.

It is very small ikea, does not have food comparing to other ikeas. It has a small cafr but no ice cream and the buffet. Most of the ikea furnitures are included, but since it is a small one, it has limited displays. The stuff there were friendly and helpful. So if threre is a needs for you to grab something quick from ikea, the downtown locafion is a good choice.

Smaller IKEA, limited stock and calling ahead to verify items for pick-up ended up being a pointless exercise.
Soft serve machine busted with no signs of it getting any better.

Cashiers were unhelpful when I needed assistance scanning a large item and didn't even give suggestions on how to get my large items out of the stores. Cut my hand open turning a large item in my cart because the barcode was on the bottom.
