‘Socks replaced no questions asked’
What a lie.
I went into the store to replace socks that have worn out.
The socks are stamped with the Icebreaker name.
There we so many questions Which store were the socks bought, when we’re the sock’s bought.
In the end the store manager refused to honour the company commitment.
I do not trust this company

Contrary to other comments here. I have experienced poor quality when it comes to the socks and liners I have ordered. The items usually are torn after few uses and I’ve completely given up on this brand.

My name is Jeremy Rempel, and I would like to fully endorse this store. Never in my life have I bought clothing that is so comfortable and well designed. I bought the merino long underwear, socks, 2 hoodies, and a toque. Everything fits like a glove. Feels like a second skin. Best hoodie Ive ever bought. Worth every penny. Staff was excellent. Ive been telling all my friends about it. I don't really do things like this-- TBH, I think the whole concept of google reviews is a terrible idea that will eventually & fully dovetail into a social credit system, which is not good for any of us. But that being said, Im giving this store a 10/10, because their products are exceptional. Service was great. Go talk to Joe. He'll take care of ya.

A few decent clothes but the customer service at the store level is ruined by the corporate level which is really grim. Sent an email about an issue, at the stores suggestion, on July 21st 2023, received an email immediately that read "due to high volume of emails we are experiencing... ...we will respond as soon as possible" 56 days and no reply. Try someplace else.

Older Yelp review: This store has a wide selection of great products compared to sports stores that carry the brand. There's a lot of base layers to choose from, including zip-up and round-neck tops. Stylish with simple base colours (black, brown, etc.). Products are made from merino wool from New Zealand.Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and quick in providing assistance and giving recommendations.A bit on the high-end side on price but very much worth it.We basically bought our complete winter set from this store (beanie, chute, base layer, insulation jacket, socks).

Next to impossible to return items with manufacturing defects. I had to argue with the manager to get a refund.

Would rather go to the outlet for better service. Gave us a hard time getting our socks exchanged (icebreaker offers a lifetime warranty on wool socks for 1 exchange). We never had an issue at the outlet. Felt like the encounter had a bit of a racist tone.You should take down the sign thats right at the cash that says you offer auch a warranty if you're not planning on honoring it.Happily taking our business the outley store.

Friendly staff that are knowledgeable and willing to help find your needs. I recently bought a product online that wasn’t the right fit and were able to help me swap with another item. Great customer service.

It was great having Keirans help in picking out my first Merino wool shirt. The rest of the staff was great too, it was awesome hearing everyones experiences with the shirt that I was buying.

It took an hour to exchange my socks under warranty, where I was treated like I was doing something awful. Patrick, the manager, was horrible. The worst service experience I’ve had at an icebreaker store across Canada. Go to the outlet instead if you have to.
