Customer service was a bit mediocre; one of the girls there was a bit rude. The black girl was really nice, however.

Own a large amount of Icebreaker clothing, including socks. The quality is great and I put them through the test in the Alps. I don’t agree with the negative comments here - the quality is great. Merino is an absolute gift to the body.
